I fixed Chapter 38 as well as Chapter 46 of SSQ 1. They were badly mojibake (glitched out text)'d into oblivion, due to moving of files that occurred 20 years ago. But I had backups from 21 years ago that were not effected, so, now they're back to how they were before, in all their bizarre Microsoft Word Smart Quote and ellipsis character glory.

Updated the system. Been a while since I had the spoons for it, so, Normal moves shall not be weirdly encumbered to deal with edge cases. And to add to that, edge cases of various other kinds were addressed too. Plus an up to date story summary, so that both me and my players can keep track of the wacky stuff that's all happened.
