This is the website of Revolution, a Science-fiction-esque IRC pen-and-paper RPG hosted in #supersmashrpg.
Contained on these pages are the data of Revolution and its predecessors, as can be seen to the right (underneath "TRAVEL TO ANOTHER ERA").
To join the RPG, talk with members and staff, or just chat about stuff in general, connect your IRC client to irc.sorcery.net.

What's that, an entirely new page look? Yeah, that blue stuff was driving me crazy. Thank Darkdata for this. Of course, I'll be... tweaking the colors a teensy bit, as they aren't perfect yet.

I've been at work all this time, but naturally you might not have noticed it. I'll make my logging updates appear up here soon enough. Until then, pay attention to the SSQ 1 Logs page instead.

Okay, I lied. But I did put up Chapter 423: Proctor's Stupid Tournament! ...Yeah, it's a bit bleh. Better sessions will be logged soon. But it's something!

I like to be slow in updating this site. Math sort of takes its toll, but I'll attempt to do some... tweaks... which should improve your viewing experience. Also I continually keep the characters updated...

Had enough of the weird HTML I was using for updates, so I fixed that. Also I've been doing work on the System page. With a little time I expect to complete work on the info engine, such that I will be able to have an automatically generated History page to contain the vast amount of information I'm slowly compiling.

Happy Veterans day. Also I am working on an encyclopedia of sorts, under 'info.' You'll be delighted to see several SSQ 1 logs and some misc. information. It's still a bit 'raw', but I'm working on it. I should get to fixing some typos elsewhere sooner or later...

The bare essentials of the character management system are up. There's still a few bugs, but if you have an account, feel free to make one. If you don't, join the IRC room to get one, or just look at the pretty pages in the meantime.

Looking a bit better now; I've got myself some infrastructure changes. You'll see the new character management pages... shortly.

Sorry for looking like a lazy bum; I actually got the History page working and am on the cusp of adding a complete interactive character sheet feature. I'll eventually have an encyclopedia thing to boot, and over time begin the very painful and difficult process of properly archiving SSQ 1's logs. The truth is sessions are going nicely and if you want to remain up to date, you should probably be in the IRC room. Also the old SSQ page is archived at archive.metalman88.com. Yeah. It'll probably not be touched.'I may well note that the current SSQ is just starting to get to the part where it really takes off, so now's the time to join if you want to not miss the first major event. I have plenty of members now, but I can always use more.

More PHP work; added History page. It's still rather gradual work, but... hey, it's something.
July 19th, 2008
Adding PHP automation and continuing my work on style...
July 16th, 2008
Working on stylistic issues right now. The system will probably gain some more information.

First update... primitive, isn't it? I shall be working on the first pieces of this site... a lot of it isn't made yet, but you have to start from somewhere.

Well, the story has ended. We are now working on a new setup. I'm still inactive as of the moment, but... yeah. Every Saturday or so I'll be working on the new setup in general. Also, our 6th anniversary is coming up.
April 7th, 2008
Still working on a new site, but my purpose is changed;
The story has continued on to an extent that nothing can be new anymore, at least within its tight confines.
To alleviate this I have begun work on an entirely new SSQ. Of course, this means changes.
Which is why this site's been a tad inactive, besides my raging math homework.
We will be a bit inactive for a bit as a new system is made and I design a new site setup, archiving this one in the process. It was fun, but ultimately the lack of planning, structure, or automation makes maintaining the current site more time-eating than I have time for.
Hence, give or take a month or two, I'll have a new one which I can maintain easier, will have more information, and most importantly, will be more interactive with you, the user.
Just gimme a bit and then you can see what I can really do...
