"Now come on," Captain Falcon said to Sky and Blade [editor's note: could be someone else] during a training session. "You need to get up here."
Falcon was showing Sky how to wall jump; Blade had to get up by Parasol Uppercut. While everyone made it to the top, the lava part got them burnt and out of training. Thankfully, no lives were lost.
Digifanatic was excited to become the latest Quester. Darken, though,
was denied at first. "Simon might not like the idea of a vampire working with the Questers," Mewtwo
told him. "Come back later." Darken understood, and awaited his chance, if he would get any.
Unforunately, Darken missed his would-be first mission, as trouble came by quickly. Someone was trying to activate a Dark World in Dream Land, and Mewtwo wanted that prevented. The nine that took the mission were Jay, Digi, T, Sour, Sword Blade, Cooper, Bowler, Devo, & Panzer.
There seemed to be no trouble at the beginning of the mission, with an open path towards a cave/shack. However, once it was entered, the entrance was shut. Jay, Digi, and T chose to wall jump up a tall path...however, their rashness caused them to be damaged by a Poppy Bros Sr. He eventually jumped down, and all of the Questers went at it. Panzer delivered the finishing blow, while Bowler swallowed him up and took over his main bomb power. The bomb in his hand started to flash fast, and he threw it in time...unfortunately, it created an avalanche that blocked all exits. Sky somehow managed to get in the place before said avalanche, for the door was opened after Poppy bit the dust.
With the paths blocked except for above, Digi wall-jumped up with ease. He managed to get up to the top, earn a Spike Protector, and flick a switch. That switch brought the others up, and opened a new passageway. The passage led to the Fountain of Dreams--not the Melee arena, but the real thing.
Dedede chose to show up and freeze everyone in their places. He was performing attack after attack; nothing seemed to work. Somehow, one Quester got the idea to pray; the others followed suit...except for Jay, who was more or less out of it. It worked; a figure in a cape (not Superman) destroyed a machine from the back of the fountain--the machine that would activate the Dark World. He also took Dedede out before teleporting out...and leaving the cape.
Coop brought the extra cape back to base, and Mewtwo took it, hoping to identify the owner. Everyone got their rewards...except for Jay and Sky for some reason. Was Mewtwo feeling alright?
