Super Smash Quest - Story - Chapter 188: Wandering in the Desert: Part III: The Void Attacks!

Aribar: "...It looks like Kuja has noticed you."
VG: "Alright, so you helped raise... wait a second; guys, incoming!"
Gerald Robotnik: "And now... to finally reveal the sword of ultimate power! I bring forth... the power of VALCION!"
Digifanatic prepares to duck. "I KNEW we gave him enough time to find us!"
VG stands a little out of the way for Gerald to do his thing.
Metal Man (GM): The swords come together... blurring both Gerald and the swords together. A beam of light hits all otf them simultaneously, causing a weak shockwave.
VG: .oO(I don't see what's wrong with unsealing him so far...)

Gerald Robotnik: *Is holding a large, greenish sword... and... ...is looking wavery.*
Aribar shields his eyes against the glare then looks back at Gerald.
Gerald Robotnik: "With the sword of Valcion, I shall show you, my true form!"
VG turns to Gerald... and his new duds. "Will this new form help against Kuja?"
Digifanatic looks around. .oO(No way we can beat both of them without Veeg's Armageddon...)
Gerald Robotnik: "Kuja is nothing compared... to this!"
Metal Man (GM): The sword glows again... and Gerald becomes all black... humanoid form... glowing red pits for eyes... and a cloud-like look.
The Void: "I HAVE RETURNED!."
VG gasps and backs up!
Aribar backs up... "... Oh, piffle..."
Metal Man (GM): His yell shakes the very ground itself.
Pat: "...Crap."
Digifanatic would say something, but doesn't...
VG has no clue what to say now...
The Void: "At last... I am free to tear apart this worthless existence... and get revenge on the one who enslaved me so!"
Aribar: "...Kuja?"
The Void: "Watch... as I destroy Kuja's ships!"
Metal Man (GM): The Void turns out a window... and extends his hands. What occurs as a result is amazing. The ships are suddenly pierced with thousands of lightning bolts. Then... reality seems to bend and distort around them. The ships are thrown around and twisted into odd shapes... exploded... then the pieces are sucked into a black hole.
Aribar shakes his head in disbelief.
Metal Man (GM): When it's over... it looks like they were never there.
VG just watches in awe...
Digifanatic just looks out and drops his jaw..."How in the world did he get freed..."
The Void: "This... is what I shall do to everything that has existed, is existing, or will exist! With the Marician technology, I am unstoppable!"
Metal Man (GM): The Void turns to you guys.
Pat: "Hey, I'm Pat. What's your name?"
VG looks back at the void... as best as he can. He is a little scared right now.
The Void: "The Void... destroyer of galaxies!"
Pat: "Cool, nice to meet you."
Editor's Note: Hahahaha, now that is possibly one of the few times Pat's actually been funny in SSQ.
VG: .oO(Pat, shut up!)
The Void: "...Amusing, but I cannot be distracted from my ultimate goal. However, being newly reformed, I can give all of you a choice."
Pat is not the brightest bulb on the eggplant.
The Void: "Fight me now, and face utter destruction, or flee, and face me when the time comes."
VG wonders what these choices are.
Pat: "Can I use a lifeline?"
VG: "Must we all agree on the same thing?"
The Void: "I am unstoppable at all times... so it is merely a choice of how long you want to live. No... but if you do not work together, then you will merely be weakening your position."
Pat: "Eh. I'll do whatever they do."
VG is set to HAUL BUTT!
Aribar: "..." *The elf looks unsure of what to do...*
The Void: "Of course, I would prefer to fight you. You look stronger... Before, it took all the relics to even confront me. If you defeat me, I shall not destroy your base."
VG is set to FIGHT right now...
The Void: "If you lose, though, then I will destroy everything related to you first, eliminating you one person at a time."
Pat cracks his knuckles.
VG is set to RUN again... .oO(Gah; what to do...)
The Void: "I am very just... I destroy everything equally!"
Digifanatic doesn't know what to do either...
VG turns to the others.
Pat: "Can we have a moment to confer privately?"
The Void: "You may have your moment. You may even call for backup. I can send them here."
Aribar hrms... The elf sheaths Moonlight and reaches into his item pack... He debates using a certain gem to give himself an upper hand... (INT check to decide?)
The Void: "I wish to taste a fair fight..."
VG goes to the others.
Pat turns to the others. "So what's up?"
Digifanatic: .oO(Why would he want to put himself at his own disadvantage like that... even if it IS more fair...)
Metal Man (GM): Aribar: You think that you should save it for the actual fight, but in the fight, that anything goes. If you choose to fight.
VG: "Alright... don't ask me why, but I think either we run, or just fight with just who is in here."
Aribar looks at the others...
Metal Man (GM): The Void seems strangely patient this time... perhaps he is distracted by his own hatred of Kuja.
VG: "If we bring everyone from the Stadium, and lose... well, that won't exactly be a lot of live staff."
Aribar: "If we run... What prevents him from just running about unchecked? We won't have much time to prepare afterwards I think."
Pat: "Well, I'll do whatever you guys decide."
Aribar: "...Does anyone here truly think that we alone could beat him in combat?"
Metal Man (GM): While you do your thing, The Void reorganizes his little city of marble about, and does various unknown commands with the computer.
VG: "Besides... I need to prove that I don't have to have Wolfman around for a victory."
Digifanatic: "I seriously do not, Ari. It's the Void."
Pat: "It's not a matter of whether or not we can win. It's a matter of, are we going to try?"
Digifanatic: "We only won last time because we were able to get Yurie and VG to Trance, and Veeg to Armageddon our way out..."
VG: "Let's try to win then... just us." *He technically didn't trance.*
Aribar: "...Okay. So we're going to fight?"
VG: "...we fight. But no backup."
Aribar: "...If we survive, Shadow'll hate me for this."
VG: "Is everyone in agreement?"
Digifanatic: "I guess... I could see maybe bringing one or two Questers and maybe one Smasher in, but boy..."
The Void: "It is so marvelous to be truly free... I can see why so many bloody wars were fought, merely to be allowed to do as one wanted."
Aribar nods, confirming that he'll fight until the last drop of blood leaves his body.
Digifanatic: "We're not looking good no matter what..."
VG: "Best if some fall then and not all."
Aribar turns to the Void... "You said you wanted a fair fight, yes?"
The Void: "Perhaps... this can be my battle of independence? Oh, yes. I love to be challenged... the feeling I first knew, when you attacked me with those cursed relics. Of course, I have four of them in my hand right now... so you can't just Chaos Break me."
Digifanatic: .oO(And you'd think a super-villain wouldn't act like that.)
Aribar: "...We are weary from battles and from the walk through the desert. Would you truly want to fight us in our state, or if we were back at full strength?"
The Void: *Idly waves the jade sword around* "Why, I would surely heal you. If you accept to the battle... I shall double your lives. If you win... I might even let you keep that advantage. After all, you'd need them... to kill Kuja."
VG nods his head in agreement to The Void's terms.
The Void: "So then... will you fight me, or will you flee and wait until the true final battle?"
Aribar nods. "We will fight."
The Void: "A good choice. Only a coward would run from me! Feel the power of the Maricians... to heal, as well as harm!"
Metal Man (GM): The floor glows under each of you. All of you are fully healed. All your luckies are also recharged.
VG is ready to rumble... after being glowed up or something.
Digifanatic: "Okay..."
Metal Man (GM): Digi gets to keep Overdrive stuff that he's built up. You all now have six lives. Also, as an added bonus... Spell charges on weapons are refueled. Digi gets to keep his 100%, then. Full HP it is. Items: No, you are not regived any items that you used, nor do you get any free items either. Let's see... any special thingies like level 10 bonuses are also refilled.
The Void: "Now that you are at double your normal energy... let the battle begin!!!"

The Void: "Oh, you may go first, of course. I am not in need of going first. Come on... hit me! I wanna see your power!"
Aribar reaches into his pack and pulls out a curious yellow gem... Wait... That isn't a normal gem... That's the Yellow Chaos Emerald! "Chaos Control!"
The Void: "Impressive. A chaos emerald. Bravo!"
Digifanatic: "Where and when did you get that?"
VG blinks twice.
Aribar downs a Green Potion and then casts a Terrorbolt on The Void. 180% Electric.
The Void: "A great attack. It shall be remembered for the ages."
Aribar: "Thank you. It shall be remembered as being part of your downfall."
The Void: "Downfall... well, some dreams are less realistic than others."
VG decides to handle the utility work... (continuing) He activates a Super Plush Bear for Aribar, and an X Accuracy for Digi, before going into Reflector Mode.
The Void: "At least I picked a balanced group of Questers to fight."
Digifanatic: "Oh, nice."
Aribar: "Thanks!"
Digifanatic: *He activates the X Acc during Veeg's turn (if that's legal by Metal because I would have no time to do so IRL)... So, the X Acc is activated during Veeg's actions. He starts with a Fire Punch to the Void...*
Metal Man (GM): What type of attack is it? It hits. full damage.
The Void: "Another impressive move... though a bit weak."
Digifanatic: "Heh..." .oO(I'm not in OD yet. What's he to expect?) *He continues with a Golf Club whack. If this hits, he ODs.*
Metal Man (GM): Miss. Barely.
The Void: "Hah. Slightly too slow to hit me."
Digifanatic tries the Super Mario Punch, then.
Metal Man (GM): What type of attack is that? Another Melee Move? Okay then. Hit .
Digifanatic Overdrives to end his turn.
Metal Man (GM): Pat: You get to fight next round... you won't be attacked this round, either. What's your SPD?
The Void: "It is time for me to use my power!" *Turns to Aribar* "OMEGA SWORD!"
Metal Man (GM): The Void swings his sword at Aribar... opposed INT checks. The sword pierces your high intelligence field... and deals 200 damage directly to you. The Void then turns to VG... and fires off three bolts of black lightning at him!
Aribar's Super Plush Bear is totally shredded, but the elf is still standing. "...Ow."
VG is in Reflector Mode if that matters... (waiting for dice rolls and whatnot first... okay; now to act)
Metal Man (GM): 66 Dark Damage per hit. Tell me what's reflected. He takes 10 damage...
The Void: "A nice idea, but it fails against my might."
Metal Man (GM): Then he turns to Digi...
The Void: "Dark... Energy... BLAST!"
Metal Man (GM): Geysers of dark energy rise from the ground, trying to blast Digi to bits. 34 dark damage per hit, plus blindness and sealing. Thus, you cannot use... Overdrive moves... Or Super moves... Until cured. For his final action... he turns to Aribar again.
The Void: "I shall destroy you with my grasp!"
Metal Man (GM): The Void lunges towards Aribar ..Definite hit, methinks. He deals... 330 damage.
Aribar dies a horrible, horrible death.
Metal Man (GM): His turn is minus an action if he's killed by that ubershreddingness.
The Void: "My first kill... already, I can see the power which I still possess. However... try to hurt me! More! I must feel challenged!"
Aribar: "Terrorbolt!" *The elf lets another beam of electricity scream at the Void. 180% Electric.*
The Void: "Hmmm... it'd be a travesty if I let you miss your turn to attack me... go ahead and hit me. Ow... another nice shot."
Digifanatic: .oO(Why is he acting like a movie critic?)
The Void: "Show me your power, mushroom person! With special effects and everything!"
VG: "...all right." *He wraps himself with an essence that smells of cinnamon.*
The Void: "A very wise choice... the Red Essence."
VG then decides to deploy some Protein to Digi for extra oomph. He uses his third attack... well, if nothing else, to be Quick. (okay, bad pun)
Metal Man (GM): Your 'quick' attack misses him. The crit miss... well... opposed INT checks!
The Void: "OMEGA SWORD!"
Metal Man (GM): Of course, this damage is... well, imaginary, but still, roll for it.
VG just feels... well, recoil he guesses.
The Void: "Curses! My attack failed to hit you! Your special mushroom powers have thwarted me!"
Pat seems to surge with electricity, and letting out a scream, the Thundercrash blasts from him and pummels toward the void.
Metal Man (GM): ...And the Void actually runs into the way of your attack!
The Void: "Oh no! I have foolishly let myself get hit by the almighty Pat V!"
Digifanatic: .oO(What? How did that... and how did he know his name?!)
Pat: *28 damage.*
The Void: "Now then... show me your ultimate attack of destruction, man of matches! Hit me again!"
Pat leaps up, shrieks, and punches the air in front of him. In a sort of wave, the force of the punch flies toward the void.
Metal Man (GM): The attack hits the Void... but the punch just goes right through him? *0 Damage.*
The Void: "Your punch is in vain... for I am not affected by such simple things!"
Digifanatic realizes that his attack chances are real low, but he keeps doing the best he can... *So he tries another Super Mario Punch.*
Metal Man (GM): The attack... goes through him like Pat's... odd. He seems more gaseous now.
Digifanatic: "What?!" *He scans him...*
The Void: "Your punch is not strong enough to hit me!"
Smash Dex: "...DING!"
VG wonders what's with the Void now.

Psycho Mode: Unable to use any attacks besides Omega Sword, Chaos Wave, Corrupting grasp; take half damage from all attacks, do double damage, AC boosted to 25. Lasts three rounds.
Smash Dex: "More information available. Takes a second scan."
Digifanatic decides to defend instead.
The Void: "Don't forget, I can make myself be hit to increase the dramatic action! Now... watch as I do nothing, thus letting you live more!"
Metal Man (GM): The Void makes a pose for his turn, glowing.
Digifanatic: "I think he's setting us up..."
Metal Man (GM): BRB a second, but Aribar may take his turn while I brb.
Aribar fires his third Terrorbolt. The searing beam of electricity (hopefully) pierces the gaseous Void for 180% damage... The elf then begins thinking of a new strategy.
Metal Man (GM): You hit him, indeed.
The Void: "Your constant attacks seem to bore me... try something different than Terrorbolt, perhaps?"
Aribar: "Maybe I'll just stop attacking all-together."
The Void: "That would be even more dramatic! So then... you will do absolutely nothing?"
VG wonders what more secrets are with this Void... he goes for scan #2
Smash Dex: "...DING!"
Metal Man (GM): Summons These special attacks take three rounds to start. One to charge up; another to release the intended destruction; and a final one to recover from the massive energy use. The Fallen Questers: Affects all, save for Jeff Maxwell's attack. Attacks are as follows: 1. Linkbot's Rocket Fists: 2 d20+12 34 fire damage per hit. 2. Jeff Maxwell's Deathray: d1000 random damage to one target.
3. Swords-dancing from Roybert: d7 hits, d20+28 to hit and 52 damage per hit.
4. Skyhigh's Shadow ball: INT check, DC 22. 200 dark damage if hit.
5. Alys's Slashers: 2 d20+12 80 damage per hit.
6. Digi's Yellow Submarine: INT check DC 18 to avoid confuse, berserk, and sealed, as well as 30 damage.
7. Ruvyn's Final Slice: d20+56 deals 56 damage.
VG turns to Digi.
Smash Dex: "More information is available... requires more scans."
Digifanatic: "...Hey, that was before. This is after."
VG decides to go for Action #2: He brings out an ice block, but DOES NOT throw it! Instead, he brings it to... the gaseous form of the Void, in hopes that he cools down, solidifies, and can perhaps be a little more... hitable or something.
Metal Man (GM): The Void lets you hit him... his AC is halved!
The Void: "Oh no... I have been made solid by this terrible ice!"
VG attempts to grab the Solid void for Dunking.
Metal Man (GM): ...You manage to hit him, because he's solid.
VG DUNKS him on the ground for 16 damage + other effects from Metal.
Metal Man (GM): You only do 16 damage to him... he bounces onto his feet like he's a rubber ball.
The Void: "Ow... that tickled!"
Pat dashes forwards, leaps, spins and delivers his feet to the Void's... self.
Metal Man (GM): Hit... thanks to VG.
The Void: "Drats! I am hit!"
Pat: *8 damage.*
VG knows how to use his power.
Pat spins around in mid-air, his second foot sweeping wide and collecting heat, until he delivers a more Fiery kick to the Void.
Metal Man (GM): Hit... and you defrost The Void!
VG: "Idiot!"
The Void: "Why thank you... being solid was getting to be annoying."
Digifanatic: "Oh great..."
Aribar: "Piffle..."
Digifanatic: "Boy oh boy..."
Pat: "...I'm of the contention that it was the best move in the end."
Digifanatic uses another Fire Punch... if he's already defrosted, why bother not trying...
Metal Man (GM): You miss!
Digifanatic then defends for his next two actions (AC +4 in that case if I'm correct) He uses a Weapon Energy Capsule on himself, and then defends.
The Void: "At last! It is time... to unleash the Fallen Questers on you!" *Raises the sword above his head with two hands...*
Metal Man (GM): *Glow* The Fallen Questers appear out of the ground, much like the ruins. Even a fake Digi is with them.
The Void: "Attack them, my friends! Get revenge for your various deaths!"
Fallen Questers: "Yes Master!"
Metal Man (GM): Linkbot fires his arms at everybody.
Aribar: "...Not good... "
VG is still under Essence protection.
Metal Man (GM): 34 damage per hit. Almost all of these hit everyone. I'll say if it doesn't affect everyone.
Aribar is too fast to be hit.
Metal Man (GM): Jeff Maxwell then fires his deathray at... Aribar! Instant 729 damage to Aribar. And only Aribar. Roybert then attacks everyone with three tons of slices...
Aribar: *Death.*
Metal Man (GM): ...Or only one. X_x 52 damage per hit... affects all, yet again. Then, Skyhigh fires a Shadow Ball at everyone. INT checks, everybody!
VG just yawns.
Metal Man (GM): Those who get 22 or lower take 200 damage... if they aren't already dead or can't take damage. Alys then throws two slashers at everybody. You can't counter-attack, unfortunately... but a slasher flies back and hits The Void!
The Void: "...Why did I trust her, again?"
Metal Man (GM): 80 damage per hit... The other one affects all. The fake Digi then sings... ANOTHER INT check. DC 18. If you fail, you're confused, berserk, and sealed. And you take 30 damage. Ruvyn then slashes everybody with a final slash. 56 damage if that hit. All of the Fallen Questers then disintegrate... count up the damage you take now. Pat: Roll the two INT checks as well.
Aribar is DEAD-dead from those attacks. 4/3 lives remaining.
Metal Man (GM): Let's see... 200 damage, then confuse, seal, and stun, as well as 30 more damage. You'd need several miracle mortality attacks to survive that 7-attack barrage.
Digifanatic loses his first life.
Pat loses two lives.
Metal Man (GM): Erm... you only lose on life at a time, luckily.
Pat lost one life.
Metal Man (GM): Everyone is free of status effects, besides VG, who is still under the 'invincible' status effect.
Aribar tries to cast Blindness on Void. "Sightless!"
Metal Man (GM): It works!
The Void: "Oh no. I am blind. I will have to destroy everything around me instead of just you people."
Aribar: "Hey, you said no Terrorbolts..."
VG first attempts to Grab and Dunk him AGAIN... (alright guys, let's pray)
The Void: "Do not fear... I shall merely turn my power up by a notch."
Metal Man (GM): VG is unable to hit him. The reason? His move is too weak... so he couldn't hit, except maybe on a crit.
The Void: "Really, now, would I let you hit me with that?" *Sits there while VG tries to grab the gaseous mass.*
VG deploys another Ice Block to go for that AC reducing thing again.
Metal Man (GM): And you barely miss.
VG has to lucky that then if BARELY.
Metal Man (GM): *barely hit* Roll for freeze. Then you don't lose the ice cube, either. You just fail to freeze him with it.
VG just Quick Attacks the guy in anger... this plan is NOT working!
The Void: "Interesting... perhaps I should learn the powers of duplicating attacks from my brother, Doopliss."
Aribar: "...Doopliss is your brother?!"
The Void: *Actually is hit by that 24*
VG: *8 damage.*
The Void: "I'm the older sibling. He's only a mimicker... I can cause reality to implode."
Aribar: "...I hope you don't mind if I kill him. ...Can I sell you his diary?"
The Void: "Kill him? No... I'm supposed to kill him! ...Yes. Yes you can. How much?"
Pat thwaps Aribar. "NO SMALL TALK WITH THE ENEMY!"
Aribar: "Gah!" *He doesn't speak, but moves his lips to read,* "Seven-thousand."
The Void: "Done deal. I won't attack you next round, too. Just hand me the book."
Aribar: "Uhh... It's at the stadium..."
The Void: "Oh, right... easy."
Metal Man (GM): The book suddenly appears in the Void's hands... And Aribar suddenly gains 7000 coins.
The Void: "Well well... he's become my opposite... how funny. A shame he spelled out his true weakness in here... I wanted a challenge."
Aribar: "...His true weakness?"
Pat leaps up into the air, and claps his hands together powerfully. The compressed air between them bursts in a quake of force, which flies toward the Void.
The Void: "Of course. But you'd be sent into the X-Zone if you knew... only I, the Void, and he, the idiot who is The Void's brother, can read this. ...That is amazingly weak... but it hit me. Go figure."
Metal Man (GM): You may do your second attack.
Pat has little choice left. He dashes forward and attempts to let fly a powerful kick.
Metal Man (GM): That is a Wonder Crit... but does he have a Wonder Badge? And... is that a normal or a melee move? Well, it doesn't hit...
Tetra holds his hand up with his index and middle finger held out and his thumb perpendicular, making a finger gun gesture. He aims it at The Void and fires a taser beam at the gaseous cloud.
Metal Man (GM): Being a spell, that automatically hits. What does it do? Indeed... you stun The Void. He's now Blind and Stunned...
The Void: "A great challenge if I ever had one! At last... people who know how to fight!"
Tetra uses his second turn to down a Mid Mushroom.
Metal Man (GM): it is.
Digifanatic defends thrice...
VG does his turn now. He equips Super Sneakers on himself.
Metal Man (GM): VG uses the sneakers, becoming faster.
VG then downs an X Accuracy He then goes for broke... the Item Mancer (aka, X > Normal) Quick Attack.
Metal Man (GM): ...Perhaps I should paint it in bold faced letters that The Void is immune to attacks weaker to Melee Moves. Let me double-check. Balance: The moves have a different power rating. In order, Normal Moves, Item Mancer Moves, Melee Moves, Enhanced Moves, Super Moves, Trance Moves, are from weakest to strongest. Trance Moves cannot be defined at initiation. However, I am not cruel. You may re-do your turn. Thus... VG may redo his turn.
VG defends for +2 AC.
Metal Man (GM): Okay... that finish your turn?
Pat eats a chocolate coin.
Tetra: "Is it good, Pat?"
Metal Man (GM): Pat regains 1 HP, if he's taken damage before.
Pat: "Yup."
Metal Man (GM): Pat has used up one of his actions.
The Void: "Accursed status effects... why didn't I think of them? Oh... right... I don't heal very often."
Pat defends.
Tetra still keeping his hand in the same position, fires off two more taser bolts.
Metal Man (GM): 30 damage. Oh... wait... how much was it again? 16 then.. ..777...
The Void: "Yes! The power of 777 has been given to me!"
Metal Man (GM): The Void glows a rainbow color.
Pat: "Uh oh..."
VG wonders what the Void's talking about...
Metal Man (GM): And... slot machine appears!
Tetra: "Power of 777?"
Metal Man (GM): 7640 coins for everybody! However... something is definitely wrong.
The Void: "Foolish mortals. Your 777 gives you real coins... but powers me up!"
Pat: "Confound you, void!"
Tetra: "Curse your voidish tricks!"
The Void: "I can now attack you once more than normal for this round! But... it's random."

Digifanatic: "Hmm... maybe..." *He tries to set up the Void with a Feinter... *Last lucky**
Metal Man (GM): You set up The Void... but do you have an attack that can hit The Void? Exactly. However, I believe you are out of actions... are you?
Digifanatic tries using a ranged attack in this fashion... Microwave to be exact.
Metal Man (GM): It automatically lands where the Void is and explodes, doing diddly squat in damage.
The Void: "Even if you hit me, it cannot damage me!"
Metal Man (GM): On the plus side: Add a hit to your OD gauge.
Digifanatic: "Yeah yeah yeah, we know..."
Metal Man (GM): he glows a lot... and isn't stunned anymore...
The Void: "I couldn't just let you stun me to death... no... that would be not challenging. And that 777 was just the boost I needed!"
Tetra: "That's fine. I'm running out of charges anyway..."
The Void: *Is no longer stunned or blinded due to 777 status* "Now... SUPERNOVA!"

Metal Man (GM): An artificial sun appears... then explodes... releasing the forces of a Supernova on everyone. INT checks, everybody! It hits Digi, Tetra, and Pat. VG gets lucky. 118 to Digi, 144 to Tetra, 52 to Pat. Oh yes... Aribar, if he's hit (he'll have to roll for it) will take...
Tetra is incinerated instantly.
Metal Man (GM): 101 damage. (Postponing )
Aribar: *Last Lucky.*
Metal Man (GM): Then, he powers up and fires a Chaos Wave at everybody. SPD checks! A wave of chaotic energy flies at everyone, ala Olga Flow.
Digifanatic: *LAST STAND ACTIVATED.*
Metal Man (GM): Digi survives due to heads, Aribar avoids it, as does VG. Digi avoided it. So he wasn't hit by the wave.
Aribar: "...Thank goodness for this new armor!"
Digifanatic: "Yikes... talk about your daily close call..."
Metal Man (GM): Tetra is already dead, so it's only overkill to Tetra.
The Void: "Mushroom... you shall not survive!"
Metal Man (GM): The Void swings his sword at VG. VG: INT check.
Tetra's immolated body is destroyed even worse.
VG can't hit... he'll try being lucky.
Digifanatic: *MEGA RUSH ACTIVATED...(Veeg, if you hae an offensive item when you return, please be willing to give me one)*
Metal Man (GM): You avoid again... but The Void merely continues shooting at VG.
The Void: "Dark Lightning!"
VG bobs and weaves.
Metal Man (GM): 66 damage per hit... oh, yeah, and then there's that crit... and the two unlucky times... *Electrocution... err... Darkocution VG is fried to a crisp by dark lightning* The Void continues his turn, near the end of it. He tries to grab Aribar. SPD, Wolfman et Azure et Garrick?
Aribar: "Gah!"
Wolfman has somehow arrived with Azure and Garrick... "...Shafol!"
Digifanatic: "Where were you guys?"
The Void: "I am not Sha'fol."
Garrick Fy`aar: "We got caught up..."
Metal Man (GM): 33 damage to Aribar.
Garrick Fy`aar: "I don't give a care if you Mickey flippin' Mouse. You sure as hell look like the Void."
Metal Man (GM): The Void then tries to slash Digi with the sword at random.
Wolfman: "Doesn't matter; both are evil... and I want to take both of you out."
The Void: "I am The Void, not Sha'Fol."
Metal Man (GM): Digi: INT check.
Aribar: "Gah... Blasted thing!"
Metal Man (GM): 200 damage to Digi.
Pat: "You know what? I don't think you're the void."
Metal Man (GM): Kinnin himself appears out of nowhere....

Digifanatic is at 4/6 lives.
Kinnin appears on the scene, yo.

Tetra sees Kinnin. "Who are you?"
Metal Man then appears on the scene as well.
Aribar: "...Lots of new people here..."
Digifanatic: "Hey Metal."
Wolfman also sees Kinnin... "Long time no see there."
Metal Man: "Hey! This party looks interesting... I might as well join in... ...Kinnin, is that you?"
Wolfman: *Kinnin: You are seeing a new and [slightly] improved Wolfman.*
Tetra: "Kin... nin? Metal, you know him? Who is he?"
Kinnin is clad in black armor reminiscent of a blend between Sephiroth and Zack, He gives a nod to Metal and Wolf.
Metal Man: "He's an old Quester. Was around before me, I think."
Digifanatic: "Dude, talk about old faces..."
Metal Man: "Supposedly Kuja killed him... but he's alive."
Tetra: "I see. Well, we could use all the help we can get."
Garrick Fy`aar: "Well, the more the merrier. Now, enough chat. Let's bag this sucker."
The Void: "...Curses... I have summoned a small army of Questers!"
Digifanatic: "Yeah."
The Void: "...Nine... Questers? That's it! I'm not holding back any more!"
Aribar stops glowing, Chaos Control ending. The elf pockets the Yellow Chaos Emerald and lets loose a barrage of an Electric, Fire, and Ice Elemental Blasts at the Void. 105% Electric, 105% Ice, and 105% Fire damage. "Tri-blast!"
The Void: "This... will take some work... this challenge has spiraled out of control!"
Tetra: "You blasted us with a supernova. Is that your idea of holding back?"

Metal Man: "Wow... talk about an attitude problem. He's gotten grouchy in old age."
Garrick Fy`aar takes off with his insane speed toward the left, drawing the M150 as he moves. Considering it's the Void, he doubts status effects... effect him. So he proceeds to unload a barrage of armor piercing regular rounds coupled with a blast of 66 insta-damage from his Einhammer in his other hand.
The Void: "Hahahahahahahahaha!" *Is hit... 8 times... but the bullets... they go right through him! Then takes 66 insta-damage from the Einhammer.*
VG: "Oh yeah; forgot to tell you guys. Most normal things won't faze him!"
Garrick Fy`aar: "Normal things, like all my weaponry, most likely..."
The Void: "That gun is technology... did you expect me to be unprepared for my own element?"
Garrick Fy`aar slides to the left, holstering the M150. His hand goes behind his back to his lower back holster, the handle of the Last Request slamming into it and cocking as a fresh clip goes into it. He pulls it out, readying a stream of bullets and another blast for his next time around.
Metal Man (GM): methinks.
Let's do a quick reminder on The Void's defense capabilities.

The Void: "Gah... more normal attacks... so annoying..."
Kinnin smirks.
VG gets out an Ice Block... this time, he THROWS it for hopeful damage and freezing.
Metal Man (GM): *KA-SMACK!* You hit him dead on... and freeze him solid, thus... making him hittable. However, he can still attack.
VG: "NO fire attacks!"
Aribar: "...No fire---Yeah!"
The Void: "Curses... the terrible ice strikes again..."
Tetra: "Dang... no missiles then..."
VG uses a Guardian Acorn on Kinnin; he will now take half damage for 5 rounds! He finishes up with a Grab and Dunk attempt. He grabs and DUNKS the punk for 16.
Metal Man (GM): Hit.
Pat dashes forward and delivers a fierce kick to Void's head.
Metal Man (GM): ...The Void barely dives out of the way.
The Void: "That was close..."
Pat lands a few yards back and heavily claps his hands. The powerful compression of air explodes in a strong force, driving into the void.
Metal Man (GM): You... barely miss him yet again! He leaps out of the way at the last moment.
Pat: "Well drat it all."
Tetra scans the Void with his mimic ability.
The Void: "You have fast attacks... but you must believe in them if you are to hit me."
Metal Man (GM): You gain... Omega Sword! Opposed INT checks with enemy. The loser takes 200 damage. Azure appears via warp, stairs, or airplane... whatever he likes.
Azure: *Will go with warp he uses his own mimic ability on the void and equips his nexus gauntlets not much else he can do as he tries to sum up this opponent.*
Metal Man (GM): You gain: Corrupting Grasp! Uses STR mod to hit, deals d200 damage if it hits.
Digifanatic: "Right, no fire." *He starts off with a Super Mario Punch...*
Metal Man (GM): Digi gets, as a reward, some black lightning bolts flung at him. 66 dark damage per hit. You can't counter counter. But you can survive. Which you do...
Digifanatic then tries that Mario Punch again. *Mega Rushing BTW.*
Metal Man (GM): Hit, indeed. That ice makes him vulnerable...
Digifanatic continues with a Golf Club whack.
Metal Man (GM): Indeed... he barely dodges.
Digifanatic: *X ACC ENDS.*
Metal Man (GM): Reroll away. Okay, now you barely hit.
Digifanatic: *X ACC IS GONE.*
Metal Man (GM): Damagio? My turn!
Metal Man pulls out an AK-47. He's still in armor mode, too. "Hmmm... oh, yes. Thank you, VG."
VG nods.
Metal Man: "Now I can kill him with a ton of bullets." *He aims... then fires.*
Metal Man (GM): Lucky on that 15. Darn... anyway. Two hits. 96 damage.
Digifanatic: "Don't worry guys, I think we'll be fine."
Wolfman starts off with the Melee move Swords Dance... he wants to see how accurate he is after being rusty for a while. *CRIT* *60% total.*
The Void: "Cursed Questers..."
Wolfman uses action #2 to reposition himself for a +1 AC bonus He then uses action #3 for a DIFFERENT melee move... Wolf's Foot (page says no Melee Moves twice in a row) He went too far left.
Metal Man (GM): Erm... well, loopholes and cheating still get you a miss. So then, Wolfman. Your turn still?
Wolfman used his three actions already.
Metal Man (GM): The Void's, of course.
The Void: "You put up a good fight... but I am second to no one!"
Metal Man (GM): The Void swings his massive sword at Wolfman. Wolfman: INT check.
Julian Sawyer: *Appears for some reason.*
Wolfman can't beat it. *BOOM Boom boom boom boom...*
Metal Man (GM): Then, The Void goes to grab Metal...
Metal Man is hit by a massive train of damage. He is overkilled as well.
Metal Man (GM): The Void then fires dark Lightning at VG. 66 damage per hit... and I see a crit!
Julian Sawyer: "...I'm not going to even ask what's going on..."
Metal Man (GM): The crit beats the Lucky and deals the normal 66 damage.
VG just gets charred by the normal bolt.
Metal Man (GM): Then, The Void attacks Aribar with a Dark Energy Blast. 34 damage per hit; blindness and sealing as well, though Sealing doesn't work on Aribar.
The Void: "Curses... I cannot seal away those annoying spells."
Aribar dies, but is revived. "Grrr... Take THIS!" *He begins charging up Terrorbolt to its third level and unleashes a massive beam of electricity at the Void.*
The Void: "Argh! Worthless being..."
Aribar: "NO ONE messes with a Jentanian Wizard... Least of all the destroyer of worlds!"
Kinnin blinks and performs another rising kick on the void.
Metal Man (GM): Hit... and it actually damages him!
Kinnin proceeds to take advantage of the ice and attempts to steal from The Void.
Metal Man (GM): SPD check. d20+SPD mod if you don't know.
Aribar: "..." *The elf twitches at that sight, but doesn't act against Kinnin as he normally would.*
Metal Man (GM): Hmmm... a good check... but you have a problem with grabbing from him. He moves a tiny bit faster than your grab.
Tetra: *Order: Aribar, Garrick, Kinnin, VG, Pat, Tetra, Azure, Dig, Metal, Wolfman, The Void.*
Metal Man (GM): it is; Kinnin used his last action trying to steal from The Void.
VG gives Julian some Super Sneakers first.
Kinnin laughs.
Julian Sawyer: *Catches the sneakers and laces them up.*
Metal Man (GM): You still fail, unfortunately. VG can continue his turn.
VG uses action #2 to give Kinnin an Energizer! 10% boost... of some type. He ends the turn by Quick Attacking... extra SPD boost should work.
Pat jumps up to the void and lets loose an uppercut on his... chin.
Metal Man (GM): His chin looks a lot like that computer terminal you uppercutted.
Pat falls to the ground hands first, uses his arms to thrust his feet into the Void, effectively kicking him.
Metal Man (GM): Good one... you kick him over.
The Void: "Oof!"
Pat: *8 Damage.*
Metal Man (GM): Digi's quick turn
Digifanatic doesn't take a chance. He uses another X Accuracy, this time, one of his, and goes for it with two Super Mario Punches.
Metal Man (GM): Pat: You get 1000 EXP for participating in this fight. Money later.
Pat: "And now I must take my leave of you. Fare thee well, friends!"
Metal Man (GM): Hit hit.
Pat jumps out a window.
The Void: "Yes!"
Julian Sawyer: "That was sudden..."
VG: "Yes... what?"
Aribar: "...Did he just jump out a window?"
Tetra: "That was weird."
The Void: "He's probably sliding down."
Julian Sawyer: *Rushes the Void with a flurrious series of kicks, which is to say two Beatboxes.*
Metal Man (GM): All but one of those miss. So... only one hit. Julian:Your turn is over?
Tetra looks around for anything in the environment that could help defeat the Void.
Metal Man (GM): Tetra: Even with an INT check... this bare room is useless. However... there is... the console! You could call Kuja!
Tetra tries to decide if calling Kuja is a good idea or not.
Metal Man (GM): You think... and you're divided. Kuja would probably save you from the Void. But... would he be happy that you told him... Or blast you to smithereens in ways the Void can only dream about?
Kinnin wants to rip The Void apart with his bare hands.
Tetra: "We don't need any help! Least of all from that monster!" *He fires a barrage of photon shots at the Void.*

Aribar blinks, looking weirdly at Tetra.
Wolfman: *CRIT.*
The Void: "Impressive... so you will not have Kuja save you..."

The Void: "Lightning... LIGHTNING? Taste my superior Lightning!"
Metal Man (GM): 66 damage per hit to Azure. The Void suffers merely by zapping himself once.
The Void: "Ow... stupid electricity..."
Aribar: "...You call that lightning?"

Aribar: "Pathetic."

Metal Man (GM): Azure barely dies. But don't fear! You have five more lives! My turn!
Metal Man finally returns from death... angry. "...I'll get you for that..." *He uses some more AK-47 shots.*
Metal Man (GM): *Two Luckies* Woohoo! 142 damage. The Void is shot up by a hail of bullets.
Wolfman teleports down to the field of play for action #1 He gets the Megaton Hammer equipped... and attempts to do... oh, you guys know the rest.
Metal Man (GM): The Void leaps over your head, then dodges again. and he's looking nasty!
The Void: "Take... this... worthless... people..."
Metal Man (GM): ...He explodes not one... not two... not three... but FOUR artificial suns! Four INT checks.
Metal Man is explodedness.
Metal Man (GM): Tetra is only hit once... Aribar is hit twice...
Wolfman is STILL ALIVE!
Metal Man (GM): Wolfman is hit four times... err... three, if that lucky means anything. Wolfman is hit four times then... Julian is hit three times... Kinnin is hit for four times... 200 damage per hit. For everybody.

Metal Man (GM): Wolfman gains... 2000 coins! New round. Everybody will be lacking an action, from returning via revival platforms... besides Wolfman.
Aribar gets back up... "Ow... Now, you want to see some REAL lightning?"

VG already ran out of sneaker power... and never used the first turn thing when it came to his turn for some reason.
Julian Sawyer: *Runs back in, rushing Void with a Breakdown.*

The Void: "I feel like so many other villains... but... I shall not lose like they do."
Metal Man (GM): Julian: Still got any actions?
Aribar gets back up NOW... "Ow... Now, you want to see some REAL lightning?" He charges up Terrorbolt slightly before firing the beam at the evil Void. 252% Electric damage. "Go down and stay down!"
The Void: "Ow... you... will regret that..."
Metal Man (GM): *Void morphs into a Porsche* j/k
Kinnin reappears and delivers a masamune slash diagonally.
Metal Man (GM): *Slash.*
Kinnin prays.
Metal Man (GM): You seal him... but not all his attacks. Only his special ones.
The Void: "Gah..."
VG is going to abuse Wolfman's current state... but NOT with the cinnamon goodness... instead, an X Accuracy and Protein should do. He ends his turn by going to grab and dunk the bum Void. He is saving the last lucky... no go. *NEXT.*
Metal Man (GM): Barely miss... Nope. Julian already went.
Tetra revives on the revival platform. "I'm sorry about this, guys but I've got to." *He uses a Fire Ruby.*
Wolfman: "Got to what? ...NO!"
Tetra: "I'm going to roast him next time around. Sorry."
Azure: "Why don't I think that is wise..." *uses the void's attack* "Corrupting Grasp!"
Metal Man (GM): Welcome to almost-miss ville. Erm... almost-hit, but miss. Miss! My turn!
Metal Man glows... "Using the power of Zidane... I summon... SOLUTION NINE!" *His wand of Wonder nails The Void for...*
Wolfman: .oO(Say what?)
Aribar: "...You've a Wand of Wonder too?"
Tetra: "Plan Nine from Outer Space?"
Metal Man (GM): 43 damage.
Aribar: "...Hrm..."
Metal Man: "It is the power of my suit to duplicate weapons." *He then pulls out the light saber, ending his turn.*
Metal Man (GM): Yay. We're both right. You must do roughly 600 damage to do him in.
Wolfman uses action 1 for the traditional hammer swing to groin. He does it smashingly, might add (-1 acc) He swaps weapons to Beam Saber on action #2, and then attempts Swords Dancing for #3
Metal Man (GM): Miss hiit hit miss miss.
Wolfman feels sheepish.
Metal Man (GM): The Void begins charging up... this means he's gonna unleash something big!
Kinnin has little faith in the Seal.
Metal Man (GM): *Seal go boom* And then he charges up... However... this will delay part of his super-attack.
Aribar: "...Someone protect me!" *The elf begins charging up a HUGE Terrorbolt... He uses all three of his actions to charge.*

Kinnin performs two rising kicks on The Void, wanting to make sure that he hits.

VG gives Aribar his safety cushion... and Wolfman some more protection, just so he can be the most damaged Quester alive: CINNAMON GOODNESS! He uses his final action for Quick Attacking.
Metal Man (GM): Technical note: Wolf would be in extreme pain.
Tetra: "Wolfman, you're looking kinda rough... is your arm supposed to bend that way?"

Tetra holds his right arm towards the Void, using his left hand to steady himself. "Unload all missiles on that god wannabe." He fires three missiles into the Void, the rack recedes and comes back up with three more, firing those off as well.
Wolfman would have tried to reprimand Tetra... but now isn't the time to.
Metal Man (GM): Oh... Azure, go.
VG: *Azure uses Speed Shoes! Azure uses impact bounder!*
Metal Man (GM): Hit
Tetra: "Well, Mr. Void. What do you have to say for yourself, now? Huh? Bet you didn't count on us kicking your butt, did you?"
Metal Man (GM): My Turn!
Metal Man: "I'll teach you... eat lightsaber!" *He runs up and slices at the Void... three times.*
Metal Man (GM): Hit hit miss. 48 damage to The Void... now, of course, this should miss, but... Light Saber is weirdtastic.
Tetra: *Er...2808?*
Metal Man (GM): Err, yeah.
Wolfman can't kill in that amount... no worries. He just wants one more set of Swords Dancing in with the saber.

Metal Man (GM): He starts off... by shielding The Void. The Void is now immune to: Terrorbolt
Matek: "Hahahahahahahahaha! You can't get him now! And then... he shall win!"
Aribar charges up Terrorbolt two more levels... The ball of energy charges in his hand for a bit more and then fires a completely massive beam of electricity at Matek. "By Whaller, you'll pay for that!"
Metal Man (GM): You blast him back... he gets right up, a smirk on his face.
Matek: "I'm not going down that EASILY!"
Aribar: "...We must retreat!"
Metal Man (GM): The Void is no longer frozen.
Tetra: "No!"
Metal Man: "Kill The Void, and his puppet shall follow."
Wolfman: "Not yet..."
The Void: "Lies! Matek will become me if I die! Then you shall all be killed by my true fury!"
Wolfman still has protection for two rounds of Essence... and VG still has three lives... this can be done.
Tetra: "I think you're bluffing."
Aribar: "...I thought you said you were the true void?"
The Void: "And... I can't lie... because... uhh... Kuja forced me!"
Kinnin blinks and unleashes two more rising kicks on the void.
Tetra: "You're bluffing, Void."
Metal Man (GM): Hit hit... but unfortunately, no damage.
Wolfman doesn't think those kicks will work...
Matek: "Hahahahaha..."
Tetra: "At this my photon shots could kill you. You're done, as is your puppet."
Azure: "Here goes..." *His gauntlet glows in sync with his eyes.* "DOUBLE DESTORY!" *He sends a double burst of psychic energy at at the void.*
Tetra: "What does destory mean?"

Matek: "You cannot destory him!"
Metal Man (GM): *DESTORY.*
Julian Sawyer: "I think it's Jamaican for 'The Story."
VG finally arrives again...
Tetra: "It's... over... he's dead..."

Metal Man (GM): The tower begins to shake...
Azure: *Kneels for a moment regaining his composure.*

Metal Man (GM): People who stayed from beginning: 2000 EXP
Kinnin blinks and walks over to the console to send a message.
Azure: "I'm no psychic... that took hell and back out of me... let's go..."
Aribar: "Wait..."

Metal Man (GM): People who hopped in later: 1000 EXP

Aribar ignores the sword. He is so exhausted he can barely keep standing up.
Metal Man (GM): It floats up... and heals everyone, disintegrating. Sha'Fol also falls out of it.

Wolfman would normally pick up the injured... but he's VERY weak.
Tetra picks up Wolfman to carry him back. "Come on, you."

Wolfman can walk... and Tetra can't pick me up most likely anyway...
Metal Man (GM): Everyone is back at R&R... looking at a live video feed. +6000 coins
Kinnin walks to a window and steps outside, or not.

Aribar collapses on the floor and begins to fall asleep.

Metal Man (GM): The feed shows the tower disintegrating... and also of Eisnaught, completely gone... survivors (the good, original people that lived there) coming out of the wreckage.

Sha'Fol: "The Void... and Gerald Robotnik... are dead at last."

Tetra: "And we're one step closer to defeating Kuja now that we have a Magitek Orb."
Metal Man: "Yeah... that was fun, for sure. Taught that bogus bad guy a lesson!"
Azure: "Even it it has it doesn't matter. Kuja is still a major factor... unless all his power just got sealed away. A hopeful wish... at least..."
VG gains... Ultima Cube.
Sha'Fol: "Eisnaught may be destroyed... but Kuja has been set back a bit... and The Void is dead. Not sealed away. It, and Matek, can never be revived again."

Wolfman: "That's a relief. Anyway... like I said, I need to thank you for something."
Sha'Fol: "Now... this must be done at least three more times, to get rid of Kuja's trio of evil. I must rest as well... my powers were used to cause much damage."

Tetra goes over the Metal. "Sir? If it's alright with you, I'd like to help with the study of the Magitek Orb."
Julian Sawyer: "..."
Sha'Fol: "...Yes. I must thank you as well. Using you as a Maverick, I helped begin the process to revive myself... and kill The Void."'
Wolfman: "Would you believe I actually somewhat appreciated the whole turned evil bit?"
Sha'Fol: "I didn't know... but you're welcome."
Wolfman: "I actually consider myself to be partially Maverick right now... a sort of Chaotic Good."
Sha'Fol: "I should discuss my past... some day. Being thousands of years old gives one several stories."
Wolfman: "...I am unsure if I can go back to my old home... but at least I know that I've done some good here. I'm sure. ...anyway, I need to go to G&W's store; I need to confirm a new item that I was building is ready."

Wolfman goes to G&W's store... he hopes that the Bazooze-ka is up for sale.

Tetra picks up the Magitek Orb and leaves R&R with it in hand.

Charles Magellean takes out his briefcase from his hiding place insert place of secrecy here. He walks to the cappuccino machine to get some el espresso del Chuckleuck 'n' butterscotch.
Metal Man (GM): Various alarms go off. You get an urgent message.
Charles Magellean smells the unorthodox aroma. He begins to sip some as he walks to the table and sits down, reading another history book. Only many many many many many many many more pages to go.
F.A.Y.T.H.: "The Void has reappeared."
Charles Magellean does a spit take. He accidentally hits Ricky in the face.
Ricky: "Ahhh! My face! Hothothothot!"
Charles Magellean knocks over the the cappuccino and dashes over to the control panel to execute a 5-minute typing security protocol type thing. "You're kidding me! He's back!?"
F.A.Y.T.H.: "Along with him, he has brought up some sort of ancient city... named Atlantis. Gerald Robotnik was The Void all along."
Charles Magellean: "...Gerald. We can't make any mistakes. This creature would get involved with us regardless of where we are. Send in the Kuja-like ships!"
F.A.Y.T.H.: "Affirmative."
Metal Man (GM): The screen shows all sorts of Kuja-like ships appearing near The Void's tower.
Charles Magellean: "Fire on my mark..."
F.A.Y.T.H.: "Sir! We've lost contact!"
Metal Man (GM): Weird lightning hits the ships.
Charles Magellean pounds his fist.
Metal Man (GM): They're then torn to shreds by reality itself bending. Finally, they're sucked into a black hole.
F.A.Y.T.H.: "The Void destroyed them all in one hit!"
Charles Magellean: "I should've known better. ...But why would he destroy Kuja's ships?"
F.A.Y.T.H.: "Feed intercepted from the tower."
The Void: (Via picture) "At last... I am free to tear apart this worthless existence... and get revenge on the one who enslaved me so! Watch me destroy Kuja's ships!"
Metal Man (GM): *Accompanying lightning and destruction, only viewed from the tower instead.*
Charles Magellean: "...Now I understand. Bob, I'll need you to patch in a warp to Quester base. While The Void is distracted, I'll go into Quester base and seek out Shadow."
Bob, Lord of Electric Death: "Affirmative, sir."
F.A.Y.T.H.: "The Questers appear to be fighting The Void."
Charles Magellean: "Excellent."
F.A.Y.T.H.: "They might even win... it appears The Questers have become much more powerful... ...what is this?"
Charles Magellean: "They'll entertain The Void, and I'll go down to their HQ and alert some of the others. Even so, he terrorized the whole planet."
F.A.Y.T.H.: "Kinnin himself is back... I thought Kuja killed him?"
Charles Magellean: "He wasn't part of the 11-12 he killed. If they can defeat him without the relics, I will be very much shocked. Now send me!"
F.A.Y.T.H.: "Affirmative. Warp Gate Online."
Metal Man (GM): A green gate opens for you.
Charles Magellean: "He brings in Atlantis from Earth and destroys all my copycat Kuja ships. Will he ever be stopped?" *He dashes headfirst into the portal with briefcase in tow.*
F.A.Y.T.H.: "...The Questers appear to be mobbing him. There is a chance."
Metal Man (GM): After hearing that, you appear in the lobby of the Quester Stadium.
Charles Magellean: "Gotta check up on his status..."
Metal Man (GM): ...Where Shadow is sitting at a table, brooding.
Charles Magellean approaches the table quicklike.
Shadow: "Hmmm... what should I do... now..."
Charles Magellean comes at the table, both hands on it. He gasps for air. "Shadow... Questers... trouble. Void has returned."
Shadow: "And I can't do anything about it. I don't know where they are, nor who The Void is."
Charles Magellean: "Good... point. I'll... see what I can do to help with the third. Do you know where creator Sha'fol is?"
Shadow: "No. Anything else I can do for you?"
Charles Magellean composes after catching breath. "I've come to see if I am worthy of helping to separate the Chaos Emeralds."
