Date: April 23rd, 24th, and 25th 2006.

Metal Man (GM): Garrick is still in the Southern Snowlands, now contemplating a massive pit where Jeff Maxwell's downed MTA was. Erm. Well, it's behind him at least. The area is even colder now, having reached 0 degrees Fahrenheit, and the snow has intensified. As he goes south, he notices that it's getting darker; night time is approaching down here.

Garrick instinctively rubs his arms against his chest, even though the suit is putting out enough heat for him to survive... "...better set up camp..." *starts gathering up snow with his armored hands, trying to pat it into large bricks and make an igloo of sorts..*

Metal Man (GM): Garrick stumbles upon a metallic hatch in the ground after clearing one area's worth of snow away.

Garrick: "...something that isn't snow!" *looks for a handle, a knob, a panel, ANYTHING..*

Metal Man (GM): It has a knob on it.

Garrick grabs it and gives it a tug..

Metal Man (GM): It wrenches open; Garrick can see clearly now. This is a module.

Garrick: "One of... Nova's... modules..." *stares down into it, lost in thought... his eyes sadden at the sight of it... but he shakes it off. It's shelter, and it might have some stuff he could use to send a message to the Questers. Or at least something to eat.*

Metal Man (GM): There's a ladder down; it looks old, but functional. The lights below indicate something strange below.

Garrick quickly makes to slide down it.

Metal Man (GM): Garrick slides down, and sees the main screen.

Garrick also closes the hatch..

Computer: "Alternative program loaded. Planetary energy charge complete. Preparing Module X-Y 25x for full assimilation."

Garrick slowly turns around and looks at it... "Computer, halt."

Metal Man (GM): It shows another nearby module, as a cube, sticking out of a map of the entire planet. The cube of the next module turns red... like this one, and a whole bunch already are.

Computer: "Power control of X-Y 25x complete."

Metal Man (GM): It ignores Garrick, instead showing Kuja's tower in-depth at the top. It doesn't map what's inside, but rather reveals what appears to be some sort of cannon. Above it, it says 'Inter-dimensional Control Device.' It appears to be rerouting power into it; it's a very slow process, but it appears to be some sort of... weapon... or transportation device.

Garrick: "Inter-dimensional... he can break through the dimensional barrier?"

Metal Man (GM): A list of attributes confirms its usage. Kuja appears to be preparing to do something with other dimensions. One by one, it reroutes the excess power of the planet into the tower.

Garrick: "...where is he going? Or rather, what dimension is he attacking... Mark, are you recording this?"

Metal Man (GM): The tower itself appears to becoming more and power powerful, not just in its cannon, but that the defenses and the small city around it is charging up.

Mark: "Affirmative."

Garrick: "...we need to tell the Questers... This is big... I've never seen technology used this way..."

Mark: "This module, unlike the previous, is limited. It consists of a control room and a power supply."

Metal Man (GM): The panel's screen suddenly scrambles, and then turns to show some sort of map... a very hard to understand one. It shows what appears to be various locations of dimensions.

Garrick: "Lord..."

Metal Man (GM): Targeting reticules begin appearing on not one, but all of them.

Garrick steps up tot he computer... "...my god... he's going to destroy them..."

Metal Man (GM): It says 'Targets locked; need more power to complete transaction.' It then goes back to the planet itself, and shows that the cannon needs approximately twice the energy the entire planet has to fire. It then pops up again. 'Unknown power source will be used. ETA Unknown.'

Garrick: "...we've got to tell them." *immediately starts searching the module for spare parts and pieces..*

Mark: "Affirmative."

Metal Man (GM): Garrick looks around... he finds a few screws and a wing nut.

Garrick: "...c'mon, there's got to be more..." *looks for anything he can use that's more than just connecters..*

Metal Man (GM): Garrick finds a bunch of weird parts lying around and some sort of sphere.

Garrick: "Huh... Mark, can you scan these?"

Mark: "...The only thing we could do is extremely risky. Basic access to the diagram of this module setup indicates a conduit to the tower itself through the power lines. By turning into energy and teleporting out inside the cannon itself. From there the Questers could possibly be met; they are scheduled to be there soon enough."

Garrick: "...you want to warp to the INSIDE of the cannon?"

Mark: "It is the only timely way. There are no other warp spots for miles and it'd be too late by the time we reach headquarters again."

Garrick: "That would be like warping into Kuja's living room!"

Mark: "...There is no other choice. This area is devoid of transportation. This terminal has been remotely disabled by this hijacker program used to reroute the energy."

Garrick: "Mark, we haven't even done the stuff we set out to do yet. The Hand's Base... the Vanilla dome... ...my own quest..."

Mark: "This would probably give us the best chance to revive Nova; any remains of him are likely to be stored inside the tower."

Garrick's breath catches in his throat..

Mark: "The other bases are off to the south; you may be able to reach them in time, but they appear to be relatively dead as-is."

Metal Man (GM): The computer beeps. "Reroute complete. Device on standby, awaiting energy source."

Garrick: "...I wish I knew what to do..." *sits and thinks... he tries to figure out the best course of action...* "Okay... the Hands base and the Dome are both apparently dead... but the Hands were the most powerful being on the planet for a while... and who knows what's in that dome... there might be something there that would help us..."

Mark: "Perhaps. However every moment we use will be precious."

Garrick thinks... "...the best course of action is to go... Nova will definitely be able to help... ...okay... I'll do it." *He works on the device to teleport him here, clipping the last piece in place after a few moments...*

Garrick: "There."

Metal Man (GM): The fate of many universes hangs in the balance as Garrick is given instructions on hooking up the parts; it requires a variety of steps where the keyboards are unplugged and various power conduits are attached to a ring... *snap.* And soon a sort of ring-shaped thing is created.

Garrick has been thinking during his building...

Mark: "Are you ready?"

Garrick: "...it doesn't matter what I want anymore... I've got to stop him, even if I die. Well, no, I'm not. But fire it up anyway."

Mark: "3... 2... 1..."

Metal Man (GM): And with a flash of light, Garrick is teleported. End: Garrick's part. Meanwhile, the Questers are at HQ. A dread silence is in the air. Many allies are gathered... a foreboding feeling could be felt by all. Ivan, looking at his screen, would have begun writing about a strange energy reaction going on at the time.

Julian, as usual, is sitting in R&R, completely disregarding the forebodingness and watching TV. Or what's left of it.

Metal Man (GM): The TV would have a strange interference in it. Suddenly, the alarms would go off.

Charles is in the library, talking to Sha'Fol about what happened in the Glass Fortress, about how the crystal was destroyed, and how Lashiec was not destroyed by chaos.

Computer: "INTRUDER ALERT. INTRUDER AT FRONT DOOR."

Metal Man (GM): The Questers hear... a space ship. *THUNK* It lands out in front, with an audible crunch of the ground.

Aribar wakes up with a start from his bed. The elf quickly straps on his sword belt (No money to steal this time) and rushes from his room to the Stadium's lobby.

Julian: "Man, somethin's u-What the *Censored.*?" *Julian snaps his head up, jumps up from his couch, and heads towards the front door.*

Metal Man (GM): The front door opens as Julian approaches it. There, he sees the white armor of an MTA... an MTA with no arms and a chest that looks like it was almost completely caved in.

Charles: "...I'll have to tell you what happened after Ganondorf's sword went through Lashiec some other time." *Goes around corridors, hallways and such to get to the entrance.*

Julian: "... The hell are you?"

Metal Man (GM): The back of it is on fire, and yet it still functions... the two speakers on it, one left, one right, turn on.

Jeff Maxwell: (PA) "It is I, JEFF MAXWELL... who has come to dethrone Kuja!"

Metal Man (GM): It sounds like a guy with a really nasal voice. Geeky.

Julian: "...You got the wrong number. Kuja's over there." *Julian waves his hand in the general direction of Kuja's Tower.*

Charles finally arrives on the scene.

Metal Man (GM): The chest of the thing opens up, and a shaken-up scientist with dirty hair, cracked glasses, a dusty labcoat, and some old cracked boots walks on down.

Julian: "Now you get your scrap metal off our lawn 'fore I do it myself, hear?"'

Jeff Maxwell: *Wipes some grease off his face.* "I wouldn't be so quick to judge, Quester. I may just help you defeat Kuja."

Aribar finally reaches the lobby.* "What's going on? Did I hear a Jeff Maxwell right now?"

Julian: "Think you did... And what're you gonna do? Fly that scrap heap into his tower?"

Aribar: .oO(We're working with one too many unfriendly faces...) "And how can we even trust you?"

Charles: "Don't underestimate Maxwell, Julian. He may look geeky, but he's... treacherously cunning. He's survived many deaths as well."

Jeff Maxwell: "What can I do to you? My MTA is wrecked, my organization destroyed by Kuja. I nearly starved to death, but I managed to outsmart the snow... And even if you did try to kill me" *He straightens his glasses.* "I would merely survive again."

Julian: "...So? Why am I not convinced?"

Jeff Maxwell: "It is no matter. I am here to help you revive your MTA fleet."

Metal Man walks outside. "...I could have sworn Zero killed you..."

Charles: "...I'll pass on that opportunity."

Aribar: "Blech. My MTA hated me."

Julian: "The hell's an MTA?"

Jeff Maxwell: "..." *He tweaks his glasses.* "Then how else are you to break into Kuja's tower?"

Aribar: "... I'd imagine start at the bottom and work our way up. He's got to be smart enough to protect the sky AND the ground."

Julian: "'Figure we just bust our way in."

Aribar: "As for an MTA... That thing Jeff came in is a very badly damaged one."

Jeff Maxwell: "There's a force field around his tower, and an air fleet for miles. You'd have to fight through a mile of city and without any cover."

Charles: "...I wasn't told about a city was surrounding his tower."

Aribar: "Flying and fighting through a mile of city in mid air is better?"

Julian: "...Why didn't anyone tell me we had mechs?"

Metal Man: "We only have one ship... it wouldn't be enough to fly in. But getting through the city..."

Jeff Maxwell: "They were destroyed."

Metal Man (GM): He taps the relic of an MTA he has left.

Jeff Maxwell: "This one was buried in the arctic."

Julian: "So how you gonna help us get more?"

Charles: "If I absolutely must be in an MTA, I will outright refuse to pilot one."

Jeff Maxwell: "...It is simple enough. The records on mine indicate a mass MTA graveyard from when your place was destroyed. They were going to steal them, but they became forgotten when you killed the demolition crew. I knew... because I have this."

Metal Man (GM): He pulls out an old smash dex.

Aribar: "... Where did you get that?"

Metal Man (GM): He chuckles.

Jeff Maxwell: "I am a Quester from another dimension."

Aribar: "... They must have low standards there."

Julian: "...Whoa. So you're tellin' me we ain't the only Questers?"

Jeff Maxwell: "...Well, technically, there are many dimensions of Nintendus, which may or may not have their own Questers. I created a time machine but was sent here instead... I put the plug in backwards. But that isn't quite the reason for you to trust me; rather, it is my level of MTA knowledge."

Metal Man: "We have Professor Oak and Dr. Light. They built them in the first place."

Jeff Maxwell: "And then never repaired or fixed them for years."

Charles: "Say what you will about Kuja's defenses; NOTHING will convince me to steer one of those heaps of metal."

Julian: "Fine, you ride shotgun."

Charles: "That's okay by me."

Metal Man: "I can one-up that. You can ride the Dauntless. We'll get through with a sort of armada. Take down the ships and crash into the tower itself."

Aribar: "So we either die in the air in mecha suit thingies, or on the ground by endless troops. In one you probably die from starvation, and in another we've another past enemy in our ranks."

Charles: "With you at the controls, we really will crash into the tower itself."

Julian: "... Look, can we get back to the mechs? 'Sounds like our only option, ya?"

Metal Man: "Well, I'm not terribly good with flying. Into towers."

Jeff Maxwell: "Not much to say. See here." *He shoots at a patch of ground nearby; it reveals what looks like a head of another MTA.*

Julian: "...Huh. So we dig 'em up, and you fix 'em, ya?"

Metal Man: "...I shall get the soldiers on it on the double.Nobody let Jeff Maxwell act alone, though." *walks off.*

Jeff Maxwell: "Yes. All without putting the other scientists in danger."

Charles: "To ride in the airship... *scratches beard.* Yes. I would enjoy that."

Jeff Maxwell: "There aren't many MTAs, anyway. Actually, they're probably best used to protect the flagship."

Aribar: "There has to be a catch... What do you get out of it?"

Metal Man (GM): Some soldiers come, with shovels. They begin digging.

Jeff Maxwell: "The defeat of rival scientists!"

Julian: "I'll watch 'em... You swear you ain't gonna turn on us?"

Jeff Maxwell: "Gerald, nay, not even Maxamillian can compare to me. But they got to live in a comfy tower while I froze... --If I turn on you, I have nobody to fly the MTAs, nobody to defeat Kuja, and am surrounded by enemies."

Charles: "I can give him information that would convince him to be less suspicious."

Jeff Maxwell: "I came here because I chose to; if I wanted to, I could have contacted Kuja and attacked you instead. But... serving a worthless Thirteen Gentleman wannabe leaves a bad taste in my mouth."

Aribar: "... Wait... We took out Kuja's sight over Nintendus, right?"

Charles: "Speaking of the Thirteen Gentlemen, will we have to worry about the recently activated androids?"

Jeff Maxwell: "...Androids?"

Charles: "Yes. When The Void first appeared on Nintendus, Aribar and a second Quester came into first contact with them."

Aribar: "Charles, that was years ago... in Nintendus time probably twelve or more."

Charles: "Smash dex, Aribar."

Jeff Maxwell: "It was the weapon of the enemy; I represented Smithy, and fought hard to attack them and protect you, Charles."

Charles: "Yes... about Smithy. We need to talk."

Jeff Maxwell: "Erm. The Thirteen Gentlemen. Not the androids. What about Smithy? He was... killed... so I cannot help but wonder what there is to say."

Metal Man (GM): There are, off to the side, not one, not two, but a total of four MTAs unearthed from the ground. Ivan then comes out.

Julian: "Yo Ivan, we got mechs. And this guy here says he's gonna fix 'em."

Ivan Robotnik: "So I see. The MTA, the scientist, and the tower are all connected." *Points at Jeff Maxwell.* "Someone found this person... he was an ally stationed in the arctic."

Charles: "Jeff, when we were banished on Turion, there was one last backup of Smithy. Did you know of that?"

Aribar: "... Why do I have the feeling you keep secrets from us, Ivan?"

Ivan Robotnik: "...Because you have me confused with Jeff Maxwell?"

Jeff Maxwell: "Secrets? None here. Unless you want to hear some so-called techno... babble?"

Julian: "...So you gonna go fix 'em or not?"

Charles: "When we battled with SIMBER 2.0, which was under the control of Kuja, Smithy sacrificed himself to destroy SIMBER so that we could live on to defeat Kuja."

Ivan Robotnik: "...Regardless, Skyhigh is willing to fly an MTA if nobody can pilot them all."

Jeff Maxwell: "I see. Then I have made the right choice to aid you." *Turns to Julian.* "They are not fully excavated yet."

Charles: "Yes. You did."

Julian: "Right right... Oh! Just remembered."

Charles looks to Ivan. "Professor, has The Void been even more active since Lashiec was defeated?"

Ivan Robotnik: "There's been a lull. It appears something, or somebody, stopped their acts which would provoke him."

Julian: *turns to Ivan.* "Ivan, you think I can requisition some of your troops to head into Toad Town?"

Charles: "...I had forgotten that Toad Town was the city that surrounded Kuja's Tower... hmm..."

Ivan Robotnik: "That's Toad Town 1. Toad Town 2 is still called Toad Town, and Toad Town 3 is the ruin of Eisnaught."

Julian: "'Cause apparently Phantom's in there somewhere."

Aribar: "Oh, yes... Ivan, could you lock my Yellow Emerald up in a vault or somewhere safe where it won't be stolen? The blasted things are useless now."

Ivan Robotnik: "Phantom is in Toad Town 2. As for my troops, you could probably fly over Toad Town 2 on the way and see what he's up to." *Turns to Aribar.* "To the contrary. You should bring them all; they are to be used to destroy Kuja."

Aribar: "... The White Emerald prevents them from being used."

Charles snaps his finger. "Aribar... WAY off." *remembers.*

Aribar: "Then explain to me why mine didn't work during our time at Twilight Town."

Ivan Robotnik: "An automatic action issued to prevent it from being used in a way that provokes The Void."

Charles: "I can't. Is there anything that E Li Three can do to help us? I haven't heard from him in a while."

Aribar: "Attempting to activate Chaos Control provokes The Void? What else can the Emeralds be used for then?"

Charles: "Again, Ari, WAY off. Using the negative powers of the emeralds incites The Void to come here."

Julian: "So what're the positive?"

Ivan Robotnik: "E Li Three has, in characteristic fashion, vanished. He's not very helpful anyway."

Charles: "I interpreted that from what Sha'Fol said."

Aribar: "Charles, when I tried to use Chaos Control in Twilight Town the White Emerald prevented me from doing it."

Charles: "...Aetos."

Aribar: "So what exactly are the POSITIVE powers of the emeralds if Chaos Control is not one of them?"

Julian: "I jus' asked that!"

Ivan Robotnik: "When used to defeat superior foes who happen to be unbalancing the world."

Aribar: "... Errm... It was important enough to say it twice?"

Ivan Robotnik: "Which means that it would only work positively against Kuja."

Julian: "...So we use 'em then? Coo'."

Aribar frowns... He doesn't believe what Ivan's saying much.

Jeff Maxwell: "I shall get to work." *He leaps into the nearby MTA pit and begins welding and the like.*

Charles: "Have the plans for the assault on Kuja Town and Kuja's Tower been finalized yet?"

Julian: "...So what are we gonna do in the meantime?"

Ivan Robotnik: "Yes. The Dauntless, flanked by the MTAs, will shoot its way through the air fleet and land into the tower. Then you are to go to the bottom of the tower and shut off all of Kuja's infrastructure. And then go up and take out the helpless sections above."

Aribar: "Why not just crash at the top?"

Charles: "Probably magitek protectin' him up there."

Julian: "Shields, man."

Charles: "What roles will Ganondorf, Tridus, and Sha'Fol partake in this final assault?"

Ivan Robotnik: "Ganondorf will probably sit by the sidelines; Tridus could pilot an MTA, and Sha'Fol will stay here."

Julian: "...Where is Tridus anyway? Haven't seen him in like, ever."

Garrick is currently hurtling through the energy lines of Kuja's network, probably... and it also probably hurts like a mo' fo'

Ivan Robotnik: "He likes to vanish."

Charles: "The Gerudo said he would help us when it was necessary, so we don't know when he'll appear."

Aribar: "Do you know what will happen when Kuja is completed? Any lore on what will happen to his powers or anything that might save our lives from any contingency plans he's sure to have?"

Charles: "There's still some mysteries that I like to know, like where's Dark Metal Man in all of this and what role will Sardis play?"

Ivan Robotnik: "Beats me."

Julian: "We cross those bridges when we come to them, 'right Charley?"

Charles: "Something tells me that we may have more than Kuja to deal with when all is said, defeated, and done. Perhaps even before all is done."

Julian: "So? 'Not like we're dealin' with it now."

Aribar: "How are we supposed to defeat Kuja anyways? He's a god. We're mortals. Ones that have bested many enemies, but still just mere mortals."

Ivan Robotnik: "Use the chaos emeralds."

Julian: "Simple. We kick his *censored.*."

Charles: "All gods have power. Even power can wane over time. ...I'm going to the library to check out some things before Jeffy's done." *goes back to the library.*

Ivan Robotnik: *Moves to his office for the time being.*

Aribar sits down and pulls out his Chaos Emerald, looking it over and wondering just what the Chaos Emeralds are.

Julian: *moves closer to Jeff, and watches him like he said he would do.*

Metal Man (GM): Jeff appears to be welding and attaching new parts to the old and rusted MTAs.

Julian: .oO(Where's he gettin' the parts...)

Charles skims through a book called "Wond0rz of Mag-e-tek The unknown power of Nintendus" and "Gargoyle Stew: How to Improve your recipe by merely adding vinegar."

Aribar gets up, pockets his emerald, and follows Julian over to Jeff. "Hey, can you give an estimate on when these things will be ready for the final assault?"

Charles: "...This is all stuff that I already knew..." *He puts the books away, looking for the Sha'Fol man himself.*

Julian: "When it's done."

Aribar: "I was thinking more along the lines of weeks, days, hours, minutes, seconds... That sort of thing."

Julian: "He's doin' pretty good so far."

Aribar: "Ummm... I guess I'll just go inside and catch up on some sleep then." *heads inside the stadium and does so.*

Julian: "Get me a drink or somethin'!"

Aribar stops as he enters the building and heads towards the kitchen instead to get the Nintendus equivalent of koolaid before coming out and handing it to Julian, muttering the whole time...* "Here, master..." *starts back to the stadium and his room.*

Julian: "Thanks." *sip.* "I gotta watch this guy, y'know!"

Aribar: "I'm sure it must be VERY thirsty work!" *The elf's comment is soaked with sarcasm... He enters the building.*

Metal Man (GM): The MTAs are fixed in short order, and the Dauntless readied.

Charles leaves the library, earning the Solarian carrying Valcion's blessing. He meets up with Julian, Jeff, Ivan, Metal(?), and other troops.

Julian: "So who's flyin' what?"

Metal Man (GM): Jeff Maxwell manages to repair his own as well, using whatever material is laying around.

Charles: "I'd say you'll be flying an MTA of your own, Julian, while Jeff would fly a second and I'm not sure who'll be in the other two."

Metal Man (GM): A group of soldiers is on the Dauntless.

Charles: "That's my guess."

Metal Man (GM): Whoever wishes to take an MTA is free to take one.

Azure is patiently waiting outside resting himself against a wall. Yet another book in hand. He has all but seemed to fall into a complete state of silence since he began returning to the world of ink written pages.

Charles: "Well... It's time. Let us liberate this world from the red wizard. Pick an MTA, Julian."

Julian: "A'ight... but just a heads up, when we go over Toad Town 2, I'ma go look for Phantom. He might be useful, and I was gonna buy somethin' from him anyway..." *heads for the MTA on the right.*

Azure sighs, closing his book it smacks together with a loud thud a light dust fluttering to the air. He puts it within his alternate gi as he hears Charles' words. Apparently ready to move.

Metal Man (GM): They're all the same; save for Jeff Maxwell's, which has itself a large gun on an arm just like his, and appears well-worn on the arms.

Charles gets out his Ressikan flute.

Julian: "The hell'd you get that, anyway..." *climbs into his MTA.*

Metal Man (GM): Metal, himself, gets aboard the Dauntless, which has a good deal of soldiers aboard. Ivan also mans the Dauntless, and Skyhigh gets up from his near-endless drunken stupor to actually move around.

Sky High: "Woah... I've never seen such machines before. You guys must have done a lot while I was asleep!"

Julian: "...I'ma get you sober once we finish this."

Azure: .oO(I pray to the spirits... for my protection from this... abomination... this... evil... this... MTA.) *enters an MTA as he gulps slightly.*

Sky High: "Sober? But... isn't it a freedom we have now that Wolfman can't prohibit alcohol? *hic.*"

Metal Man (GM): Azure enters one of the four? MTAs. It's old and dingy. However it has been recently restored to function.

Julian: "Yeah, but you can do a helluva lot more sober than drunk. Trust me, I know. And I ain't gonna tolerate you sleepin' in R&R unless you start pullin' your weight, hear?" *Wonders if the MTA has a cupholder.*

Metal Man (GM): The Dauntless itself levitates a little; it has a ramp to it.

Charles plays this music while he boards the airship. The music that is the prelude to the final battle in this war of Nintendus.

Metal Man (GM): The MTA Azure enters morphs to resemble a larger version of himself.

Julian: "...Giant robots! Kick***!" *Julian enters his, if Metal hasn't seen him do so already.*

Metal Man (GM): Julian walks inside, and it does the same thing. Charles enters the ship, and sees a whole bunch of soldiers readying it; Metal is checking the controls.

Metal Man: "It's been a while since I've flown anything before... Well. Anything for a real combat mission."

Azure: "...What in Shiva's name..."

Metal Man (GM): The mecha responds to its user's movements and attacks, making the Questers able to fight ships like they would normally fight foes. It also has the capability of flight.

Julian: "Alright! This is gonna be sweet..."

Charles stands in the control room, putting away the flute, but the music still seems to play for a while longer. He glances at all, but mainly just stares outside.

Julian: "Alright, we ready? We gonna do this? Anyone else comin'?"

Charles: "Since the glass fortress was destroyed, when will Kuja be aware of our presence?"

Ivan Robotnik: "He has sensors scattered across the world. He'll find out when we reach the outskirts of his city."

Julian: "Wheneva' we enter his airspace, I guess."

Azure: looks to the blue chaos emerald in his gi along with his spirit charms. "This... just might be more unique than the crystal wars..." he says to himself inside of the MTA.

Charles: "Better than being aware of us when we immediately depart from the Stadium."

Metal Man (GM): Quickly enough, the last people get aboard (Skyhigh and Tridus) and the ships all take off for Kuja's tower. The Questers are now flying over 'Kuja Field', which is still a complete wreck, though not patrolled anymore.

Julian: "Alright, game time!" *Julian's MTA punches his fist into his palm.* "Kuja's time is up! Our time is now!" *takes off.*

Metal Man (GM): And then... it begins.

Metal Man: "We are now flying over Eisnaught."

Metal Man (GM): The Questers are all now flying over the wrecked utopia of Eisnaught, which has now been reduced mostly to ruins. It's like a sea of blue broken buildings.

Charles: "I still have weird vibes of what happened there."

Julian: "Tha's all in the past, man. Focus on the now."

Ivan Robotnik: "It shall not remain in the past forever. We can rebuild."

Azure: "All things end with time and are reborn with time."

Julian: "Righ' right right, I'm just sayin' that ain't the main concern right now. Gotta focus on what we're doin', not what we're gonna do after this."

Ivan Robotnik: "We're now in Toad Town 2 airspace."

Charles: "If Sardis Mongul wants to warn us about what Kuja is up to, he better come up to us now."

Metal Man (GM): The scene below is far more devastating than Eisnaught; It is totally scorched. Stuff burnt everywhere...

Metal Man: "I'm picking up a reading."

Charles: "And not seconds before we enter Kuja's sanctuary."

Julian: "A'ight, Tell me where he is, Mets."

Metal Man: "...There's a ruckus down below."

Metal Man (GM): Down below, Phantom has two machineguns out and is mowing down Kuja's soldiers.

Julian: "I'm on it. Azure! Come with me, two's better than one." *Julian dives down below, heading towards Phantom.*

Ivan Robotnik: "Should we render assistance? He's heavily outnumbered. Somehow, though, he's managed to survive."

Metal Man: "We'll stay up here for now." *The convoy pauses over this area while Julian dives down after Phantom's area.*

Charles: "Seems even Phantom doesn't like Kuja."

Metal Man (GM): It becomes obvious what is going on when there is Phantom bloodthirstily shooting up Kuja's own soldiers.

Azure: "Ok." *tails after Julian.*

Phantom: "Gyahhhhhahahahaha!" *machinegun fire.* "I'll kill you all! KILL YA!" *machinegun fire.* *Machinegun fire.* *Grenade explosion.*

Soldier: "That rogue reploid is a menace. Take him do--- What the?"

Metal Man (GM): The small platoon of soldiers hunkered down in the area look up, and see Julian and Azure.

Julian: "PHANTOM!" *Julian calls to get Phantom's attention.*

Phantom: "Die! Die! DIE!" *Punches a man into a wall.* "...Eh? What do you want?"

Soldier: "Now is the time, men! Chaaargeee!!!"

Julian: "C'mon! You're needed!"

Metal Man (GM): Phantom gets hit by a couple laser shots as a bunch of soldiers (15 of them) charge at him.

Phantom: *Dives out of the way as Julian and Azure fly in front of him.* "...You'll have to kill these soldiers first."

Azure: "We can't have that..." *Azure begins a descent legs first.*

Metal Man (GM): The Questers have both landed in a wide street now, facing down not one, not two, but fifteen of Kuja's soldiers.

Soldier: "Questers... using MTAs? This can't be!Fight them!"

Metal Man (GM): The fifteen soldiers arm their laser rifles, and go in for the kill.

Julian: "Easy." *Julian lands, then launches off a Hat Trick at the Kuja Troopa's, which translates into a gigantic titanium fedora being fired towards the Kuja Troopas.*

Metal Man (GM): Hit hit miss miss.

Julian catches his Fedora on the return and tries a Dex.*

Dex: "...DING! Kuja Infantry. Level 30. health: 77/535 77/535 77/535 77/535 77/535 77/535 77/535 77/535 77/535 77/535 77/535 77/535 77/535 77/535 77/535. STR: 20. END: 20. AGI: 23. MNT: 20. EVD: 16. DEF: 5. Weapon: Magitek Rifle (20 damage, +2 accuracy, 19-20 crit) Kuja's weakest men. All his others are stronger; he uses them to attack isolated threats. They are also used with no sympathy as fodder while the tougher soldiers rally. End of entry."

Julian: "Like I said, easy..."

Phantom: "Die! Die! Death to Kuja!"

Metal Man (GM): He takes out a huge AK-47 and shoots at the front row of soldiers. All 5 of the infantry are hit and heavily wounded by the huge bullets. They open fire on Julian's MTA.

Soldier: "We're taking heavy damage... there's an enemy fleet above us... we probably won't survive the battle."

Metal Man (GM): The MTA can use potions, too.

Azure holds off on his attack for now, gathering a great deal of mental energy.

Julian: "Alright, I'ma kill one of you... Let's see what I do it with." *Julian-Bot reaches behind him and pulls out...* *...A Beer Bottle!* "...Better than nothin'." *Julian-Bot charges, aiming to smash the huge glass bottle over the head of a few infantry...*

Metal Man (GM): *SMASH.* Julian hits an Infantry guy right in the head. With a massive glass bottle. Despite the heavy damage, the soldier stands right back up.

Julian: "Not done yet..." *Julian reaches behind him again...* *And pulls out a huge Steel Pipe. It's not really a pipe anymore, more like a girder... Anyway, Julian tries smashing Puny Infantry Man again with it.*

Metal Man (GM): Julian kills that guy, smashing him into dust.

Julian: *CRUNCH.* *And That's it!*

Phantom: "Death to the humans! Aieeeee!!!" *Machinegun noises.*

Metal Man (GM): He slays the entire front row, leaving 10 of them.

Soldier: "Without our former numerical superiority, the suspect has been able to kill four more men."

Metal Man (GM): The remaining 10 infantry spread their fire between Phantom and Julian. Phantom leaps around like a madman, getting hit only five times.

Julian: *HAHAHAHAHAHA-All hit. He can't dodge a thing in the MTA.*

Metal Man (GM): (Comms) "How's the MTA holding up, Julian?"

Azure (GM): The massive Goliath of a machine puts its hands together moving them with an intricate set of hand signs... .oO(This... may be overdoing it) he thinks to himself. The final hand formations are his hands clasped together with his index fingers pointing upward. An old electrical field builds upward around him as the air grows thick and the winds rush forward. "Judgement blizzard!" he says as he then invokes the power of the spell making infantry 2 the original target.

Julian: "Pretty coood. This thing's barely showing damage." good.*

Metal Man (GM): All are hit for half damage.

Julian: *'Mo Hat Trickin' Yo!*

Metal Man (GM): Miss miss miss hit.

Julian: *And Again.*

Metal Man (GM): miss crit? crit? miss.

Soldier: "Grrr. They're taking out the last two lines now. We don't have a chance."

Phantom: "You shoulda run while yew had the chance!" *Machinegun noises.*

Metal Man (GM): The second row is gunned down. The remaining Infantry fire on Phantom. Hit crit miss miss hit crit miss miss miss hit. Only 5 remain; the others are full of bullet holes, dents, smashes, and ice.

Azure raises his hands to the air, bringing them downward and to the side. He once again begins creating the hand signs needed. This time a massive seal appears around the goliath. If it look like azure was surrounded by a massive army of spirit charms at 5'8 height then this just might be the single most massive attack hes every created."Little friend, head my call and strike down the forces at hand. Carbuncle! Enchant!" A small little bunny like creature appeared on the head piece of Azure's machine. It jumped into the air releasing a massive spiral of light energy in its wake a massive storm of spirit charms surged forward as the two completed there blood pact. "Spirit Charm! Trail by light!" the massive storm of charms surged forward at the enemy lines.

Metal Man (GM): They all succeed, as usual. Half damage.

Julian: *More Hat Trick Madness, seeing as how that's his most effective move so far.*

Metal Man (GM): Hit miss miss hit hit miss miss miss hit miss hit miss. They all fall, dead.

Soldier: "We've been overwhelmed." *Vanishes.*

Julian: "Bow down to the champ, chump!" *Julian catches his fedora and strikes a pose... or the best pose he can while in a giant robot.*

Phantom: "Well, good work there. It would have taken me forever to kill them myself, and they had started to do some serious damage to me. Now, what do you want?"

Ivan Robotnik: (Comms) "You better hurry. I think Kuja's forces are going to come to us if we don't fly to them first."

Azure: "I won't be able to use that again for awhile." *he says, panting from the massive use of magical energy.*

Julian: "We're takin' down Kuja. You want in?"

Phantom: "...Death to Kuja." *Leaps aboard Julian's mecha's shoulder.* "Take me to your flagship."

Julian: "Awwwww yeah! Kuja goin' down HARD now!" *Julian jets upwards again, heading towards the Dauphin.*

Metal Man (GM): Julian goes back up; he leaps aboard the Dauntless, and the 5- MTA formation surrounding the Dauntless charges ahead.

Julian: "Our Time Is Now!" *Jets Towards Destiny!*

Metal Man (GM): Ahead is... an incoming fleet. It's a cloud of Andross-style ships, flanked by two massive ships, like the ones which destroyed Port Destiny. A bit off, behind them, is a gigantic humanoid mecha. By far the largest the Questers have ever seen, only the Master Egg outclasses it. The comms light up.

Maxamillian: "Look who's come to DIE? It's the Questers! You shall not get through. I, Maxamillian, shall use every last ship I've built, and the remnants of that traitor's own fleet to take your rag-tag brigade down!"

Julian: "Please. I'm gonna dance around you all day!"

Jeff Maxwell: "Hah. You are a joke. Magitek is worthless; you can't even beat normal technology with it!"

Azure: If you believe you can then do so. But our movement will not be halted!

Ivan Robotnik: "Your militaristic tendencies shall be destroyed by its own tactics; barbaric warfare!"

Sky High: "...*hic.* you're going down for replacing me!"

Charles: "The final Solarian General shall meet his demise today."

Metal Man: "As leader of the Questers, I cannot stand for further Kuja-held rule of the planet. All units: Destroy them!"

Metal Man (GM): *The ships enter close-combat quarters; battle begins. In the background, Kuja's tower awaits; his city, sparkling and metallic, shines like a sea of daggers. And there's a blue speck far above it... The camera swivels into Kuja's lair; Kuja sits there, smirking in a satisfied, almost spoiled manner. He sees the ships and stares at his systems.

Kuja: "Pah. They couldn't even fight me without my Godlike powers. Now they attack an armada with a small battalion? If I was at the helm, they'd be dead already... ...But it won't matter." *He chuckles, then presses some more buttons on his armchair.* "All the preparations are complete; they shall be utterly destroyed when I defeat them THIS time..."

Metal Man (GM): *Fadeout on Kuja, as his systems report 'Unknown anomaly in Gun chamber' in the background.* The Questers, in their MTAs, face off against Kuja's massive fleet. A huge cloud of fighters mill about between two massive battleships. Digi, Aetos, Aribar, and Jeff Maxwell are in their MTAs. The enemy ships scream in by the tens; they open fire on everyone, with harassing shots.

Digifanatic is obviously smacked twice.

Aribar is already taking damage... And at this rate falling fast.

Metal Man: (Comms) "We've taken two hits, off the port bow."

Jeff Maxwell: "I shall show these flunkeys what science is really about! Eat laser, infidels!"

Aetos: "Uh oh."

Metal Man (GM): He moves his arm cannon and then opens fire at the ship which shot at him. It dodges.

Jeff Maxwell: "...Not good."

Maxamillian: "You can't even stop our fighter pilots, let alone our battleships. Give it up."

Aribar tries flying up to one of those ships and slashing at it twice with his sword...

Metal Man (GM): Aetos misses twice.

Aribar: "Gaah! I can't pilot this thing!"

Metal Man: (Comms) "I'm not sure if it's that, or perhaps the speed of those fighter ships..."

Digifanatic prepares to launch a Fire Punch and two Light Ray2 at one of the fighters.

Metal Man (GM): Miss, hit, miss.

Aetos charges up to a soldier and thrusts his foot into them.

Jeff Maxwell: (Comms) "If you can't hit the fighter ships, attack the main ones! They can't dodge anything you use."

Metal Man (GM): Aetos still misses, though. Dauntless.

Metal Man: (Comms) "Launch the missiles!"

Metal Man (GM): Five missiles are launched at the various fighter ships. They get blown apart. The fighter ships, that is.

Metal Man: (Comms) "Too bad we don't have many missiles..."

Metal Man (GM): The battleships charge up their main cannons, though they can't lock-on to anything yet. The remaining 95 fighters continue shooting at everyone.

Digifanatic can't catch a break with those yet... *hit twice.*

Jeff Maxwell: "Let's try this again..."

Aribar: "Gaah... This isn't working."

Metal Man (GM): He misses again.

Metal Man: (Comms) "...Continue trying anyway. They can't do too much to us with all these ships in the way."

Aribar tries flying up to their fighters and attacking them with his sword...

Metal Man (GM): Aribar destroys a fighter; it falls apart. +1 kill to Aribar.

Aribar: "One... Down. 99 to go."

Digifanatic tries heading towards another fighter and tries whamming into its underbelly from below (quasi-Upward Slam) and then launching another Light Ray before retreating back.

Metal Man (GM): It flies out of the way of Digi's slam, then is hit by a light ray.

Charles: "How many more missiles do we have left?"

Aetos fires two darts made of wind at a fighter.

Metal Man: (Comms) "Twenty five."

Metal Man (GM): The fighter weaves out of the way.

Metal Man: (Comms) "Open fire... more missiles!"

Digifanatic: "Nice slashes, Ari. These ships we have are pretty sweet."

Metal Man (GM): Five more fighters go down.

Charles: "What other weapons does this airship have?"

Metal Man: "Lasers, and a gigantic main cannon."

Digifanatic: "Cool."

Charles: "That sucker must take a lot of power to charge and discharge."

Metal Man (GM): The Battleships stand still, in the background.

Metal Man: "Yes, it does."

Digifanatic: "I imagine."

Aribar: "Err... Yeah..." *The elf seems to be trying to just keep his lunch in now.*

Metal Man (GM): The fighters regroup, and then begin fleeing. They're a ways away now.

Jeff Maxwell: "...This better hit!"

Metal Man (GM): *BLAM* He shoots down a fighter as it flees.

Charles: "Anything here I can assist?"

Aribar flies towards one of the battleships and attempts to get towards its bridge area before stabbing it twice with his sword.* "Keeping us alive?"

Metal Man: "You can man some more weapons. Then we can open fire with more weapons at once."

Metal Man (GM): Aribar flies towards it, and his computer says 'Danger; locked on to by enemy ship.'

Charles: "Point me to the station."

Metal Man points to a station in one row behind him.

Metal Man (GM): The battleship is too slow to react; two hits.

Charles sits down to the station.

Aribar hopes that he's out of range of any main guns as his turn ends.

Metal Man (GM): Aribar barely scratches the hull of the massive ship.

Digifanatic again tries to head towards a fighter, using a Fire Punch and then saving energy.

Metal Man (GM): Digi catches up to a fighter, and then nails it from behind. It is burnt out of the sky. +1 kill to Digi.

Digifanatic: "Smack, baby!"

Aetos stays where he is and fires a large ball of wind at a fighter.

Digifanatic: "Guys, looks like we're doing alright so far."

Metal Man (GM): BLAM! Hit. It falls out of the sky. +1 Kill to Aetos.

Metal Man: (Comms) "Providing backup support to other units." *Ship moves forward, then opens fire with missiles, and...* The missiles fly at the fighters.

Charles: "Beginning auto-targeting acquisition."

Metal Man (GM): Only two escape; the other three explode.

Digifanatic takes a quick look at how many fighters are remaining.

Charles: "Coordinates set. Auto-lock set."

Metal Man (GM): About 84 remain, and they appear to be retreating.

Charles: "Preparing to fire on your mark."

Metal Man: "Fire at will."

Metal Man (GM): BLAM *whiff.* BLAM BLAM BLAM. Four more ships go down.

Charles: "Re-calibrating laser weapons for next round of weapon fire."

Maxamillian: "You fighter pilot IDIOTS! Stop dying and kill them!"

Metal Man (GM): Battleship 1 defends itself from Aribar with its defense batteries. Battleship 2 turns to face the Dauntless. The fighters turn around... and two of them open fire on the Dauntless. They all hit, though the shield bears up to the damage easily.

Charles: "Shields down at least 5%. Compensating for power."

Jeff Maxwell: (Comms) "Now to take down a mothership!" He opens fire on the battleship everyone's fighting.

Metal Man (GM): *BLAM* He makes a small pothole in the ship's armor with his laser.

Aribar falls back to the fighter ships... Those battleships take WAY to much out of him. The elf would then attempt to stab one of them out of the sky twice.*

Maxamillian: "Battleship Alpha. Show them your offensive power!"

Metal Man (GM): Two misses; it flies out of the way.

Digifanatic figures that he might as well continue on the fighters for now. He once again scoots towards another one and launches a standard smack at hit, once again retreating afterwards to conserve some energy.

Metal Man (GM): Barely miss. It also flies out of the way.

Charles: "Lasers near 100%. Beginning multiple target acquisition."

Aetos takes time to catch up to the fighters, and then performs an uppercut imbued with wind.

Digifanatic: "This onslaught is going to be all about conserving our energy..."

Metal Man (GM): The fighter floats out of the way. They're fast, all right.

Charles: "Recommend what to fire on, Metal."

Metal Man: (Comms) "Repositioning as to evade enemy fire." *The Dauntless moves to the left of Battleship 1, out of the way of any laser fire from Battleship 2* "Attack Battleship 1." *opens fire on the battleship with his battery of lasers.*

Charles: "Lasers at 100%. power. Auto-lock sequence engaged. Preparing to fire." *aims there as well.*

Metal Man (GM): The slow-moving ship is unable to evade most of them; hit hit hit hit hit miss hit miss hit hit.

Charles: "Lasers fired and are charging to maximum strength again."

Metal Man (GM): Battleship 1 is now on fire; it's taken a ton of hits.

Maxamillian: "WHAT? Dash it all. Attack the Dauntless!"

Metal Man (GM): Battleship 1 flies at the Dauntless. It rams into the Dauntless, pushing it back a little. Then it opens fire with its two main lasers. *BLAM* *BLAM.*

Metal Man: "Shields at 8 percent. Serious damage from Battleship cannon."

Metal Man (GM): The fighters then swarm the Dauntless, 10 of them opening fire. The shields are knocked offline, and the hull takes several hits. The inside of the Dauntless shoots sparks.

Metal Man: (Comms) "We could use some backup over here!"

Jeff Maxwell: "Gah! Take this!"

Charles: "Reports are coming from all over the ship. Sections 19, 20, 22, and 27 are all reporting heavy casualties."

Metal Man (GM): His mech summons a huge portal and begins shooting random objects at the Battleship 1. Four gigantic flaming rubber duckies fly at Battleship 1. *BLAM* *BLAM* *BLAM* *BLAM.*

Digifanatic: "Is that the Deathmachine?!"

Metal Man (GM): 2 regular lasers also fly at them. *CRIT* *CRIT.*

Digifanatic: "...HOLY!"

Metal Man (GM): Damage from that, as he rakes their bridge. Then 6 steel airplanes fly into their ship. All hit; damage from all of them. 2 cubes fly into the ship and explode... radioactively. The ship begins to take damage from the radiation. Then Jeff Maxwell's MTA throws a single spark, taking a little damage itself.

Digifanatic congratulates Jeff on his attacks...

Aribar rushes towards one of the ships attacking the Dauntless and decides that he's done holding back. His mecha's sword electrifies and he slashes his target twice. (Bi-Bolt Slash)

Digifanatic advances towards the first battleship and prepares a round of the Hyper Beam Matrix at the sucker...

Metal Man (GM): Hit.

Aetos unloads a barrage of divine wind spheres, 2 each on 3 fighters.

Metal Man (GM): Aetos knocks a wing off of one and destroy another; 2 Kills.

Metal Man: (Comms) "We can't turn back now... open fire on the battleship again!"

Charles: "Lasers at 100% power. Auto-lock sequence engaged. Preparing to fire."

Metal Man (GM): All hits. Yup. Battleship 1 is now nearly destroyed.

Pilot: "Most of our systems are failing! Only the defense lasers remain! We've lost over a thousand men! Ahhhhhhh!!!!"

Maxamillian: "...Fight to the death, you fool!"

Metal Man (GM): The ship opens fire at the Dauntless with its remaining defense lasers. All but 1 hits.

Metal Man: (Comms) "Hull at 91%."

Metal Man (GM): The second battleship powers up its main cannon. The fighters heckle Jeff Maxwell this time, all firing at him. Well, 10 of them, anyway. Hit hit hit crit hit. Hit hit crit hit hit. Hit crit hit hit hit.

Jeff Maxwell: "I've taken some damage."

Julian: "My turn!" *And then Julian decides to enter the battle, barrel rolling upwards into place, aiming to get a good view as he preps the gigantic titanium disk that substitutes for his Fedora while in an MTA.*

Metal Man (GM): Two battleships; one heavily damaged, and 80 ships flying around at high speeds.

Julian: *Locking onto the damaged Battleship 1, Julian launches a Hat Trick, trying to cut it into pieces!*

Metal Man (GM): Hit hit hit hit.

Digifanatic: "Julian, quick tip: those fighters cannot take much damage at all."

Metal Man (GM): The ship is sliced into pieces and falls apart, crashing into the ground below. +10 kills for everyone.

Maxamillian: "Gah! Battleship Beta! Take them down!"

Charles: "Battleship 1 of 2 Incapacitated. Focusing on remaining ships."

Julian: "Tha's how you do it!" *Julian catches his fedora on the return, then spins around an launches at the OTHER battleship!*

Metal Man (GM): Hit hit hit hit. Battleship 2 gets several cuts.

Julian catches it on the return and strikes a pose!*

Maxamillian: "...Destroy them already!"

Jeff Maxwell: "Hmph. Take this!"

Digifanatic: "Looking nice, Julian. Let's keep it up."

Metal Man (GM): He shoots the battleship, making another neat hole in it.

Julian: "Go for the battleship! The fighters' small timers, hear?"

Digifanatic: "Yeah, I hear..."

Aribar rushes up to the remaining battleship and gives it a Bi-Bolt Slash.*

Metal Man (GM): Hit, hit.

Digifanatic Dexes the remaining battleship. Despite fully realizing that is going hypocrite on what he told Julian, he advances towards a fighter and gives it a Light Ray.

Dex: "...DING! Battleships. health: 1486/1500 288/1500. DR: 10. EVD: 10. Main Cannon: d20+20 (Requires lock-on) damage. Defense Turrets: 6 d20+8, damage, pierces DR. Offense Turrets: 2 d20+12, damage, pierces DR. Missiles: AGI check; deals damage, limited quantity of 50 each 0/50 0/50. Offensive Ram: d20+10, deals damage; ship takes damage. End of entry."

Digifanatic: "Okay... Wait... 1486 and it's gone? Weird... Alright, Aetos. Hit it."

Aetos zips through to the Battleship area and a giant mech-sized keyblade appears in it's hand. he saves the rest of his TP.

Metal Man: (Comms) "Arm main cannon. We can't afford to take any more hits." *charges up the cannon, faces the second battleship, and unleashes a MASSIVE deathray from the Dauntless.*

Digifanatic: "Oh maaaaaaan..."

Metal Man (GM): It blasts into BattleShip 2, making a big hole in it.

Julian: "Pa-Chow!"

Maxamillian: "...Don't just sit there. Kill them!"

Metal Man (GM): Battleship 2 opens fire, shooting its main cannon at Jeff Maxwell. *BLAM* It literally blows his MTA out of the sky.

Jeff Maxwell: "Gahhhh!!!" *Crash.*

Metal Man (GM): Then it opens fire at Julian with its offensive turrets. damage, ignores armor. Then it fires missiles at Julian.

Charles: "Ally Jeff Maxwell incapcitated. Reorganizing internal strategy..."

Metal Man (GM): Julian evades a bunch of missiles; it retaliates by flying towards Digi at ramming speed. Damage if that hits.

Digifanatic gets slammed...

Metal Man (GM): Then it attacks Aetos with its defensive turrets.

Aetos: "Meep..."

Julian dances around the missiles, after being hit by that one turret blast. "You can't hit nothin'!"

Digifanatic: *is rattled around quite a bit, but still has some decent power left.* "I'll be alright, guys..."

Metal Man (GM): Damage, pierces armor. Then the fighters scream in; 3 of them shoot at Julian.

Maxamillian: "...I can't believe it. You called yourself the second best battleship in the fleet? I hope you are blown to pieces for your weakness!"

Julian: *And Julian's hit one. Good job!* "An' tha's 'xactly what I'm gonna do!" *Julian launches a TRIPLE Hat Trick at the Battleship, aiming to slice it to ribbons!*

Metal Man (GM): All hit. The Second battleship explodes into a million pieces. *Battle over.*

Digifanatic: "Wow..."

Julian: "Bow down to the champ, chump!" *Catch, Pose!*

Maxamillian: "Hmph. You have defeated... but two of a thousand."

Metal Man (GM): (Comms) "A... thousand?"

Julian: "...Damn, we better hurry up then."

Maxamillian: "Prepare counterattack. I shall take them down myself."

Metal Man (GM): The huge mecha does not fly towards the Questers. In fact, it walks. It is so huge it can stand on the ground and still be tall enough to hit them.

Aribar: "Piffle..."

Julian: "...Aw hell."

Metal Man (GM): It's a massive humanoid thing, with a red crystal on top; its arms have long sleeves and no hands, but rather holes; and it has ramps on its arms.

Charles: "Maxamillian Mecha preparing for attack. Engage for combat..."

Digifanatic: "Oh boy."

Aribar: "... We're supposed to defeat THAT?! It could crush the stadium with its foot!"

Metal Man (GM): Behind it, hundreds of battleships rally.

Aetos: "Hmm. I wonder what the deal with that crystal is."

Maxamillian: "That is why you will die. I will laser your corpses into the mountains!"

Aribar: "Any ideas, fearless leader?"

Metal Man: "I have a plan... but it's going to be highly difficult."

Julian: "Whatcha got, Mets?"

Metal Man: "All of you must distract him while we charge up the deathray to full using the chaos emeralds."

Digifanatic: "Chaos Emeralds?"

Metal Man: "We have them all aboard here; they're needed for the final battle, after all."

Digifanatic: "Metal, do you really want to deal with the Void again?"

Metal Man: "Machines don't have emotions..."

Aribar checks his pocket, not remembering handing his emerald over. .*

Digifanatic: "Then again... if they're needed for the final battle--*sigh.* fine. Just don't try to get too crazy with them, alright?"

Charles: "Engaging main cannon for transformation..."

Metal Man (GM): Aribar would see that it's still there. Weird.

Aribar: "Ummm... Metal, you don't have mine on your ship. Chaos Emerald, that is..."

Charles: "They are here. Believe the leader."

Julian: "Mets, I got the Red Emerald right here. Whatchu talkin' about, you got all the Emeralds?"

Ivan Robotnik: "That's one of the duplicates I gave out. Don't use it; we're using the originals right here."

Julian: "...Huh."

Aribar: "I knew you kept secrets from us!"

Ivan Robotnik: "I switched them while you were at headquarters a little while ago; those ones you have are merely transponders to the originals."

Julian: "Whateva. How long you gonna think you need?"

Digifanatic: "Can the fakes still cause the Void to do its thing?"

Charles: "The replacements were required due to the threat of The Void."

Aribar: .oO(Blasted Robotniks... Too many of them and they're all annoying or evil!)

Metal Man: "A good minute. You just need to keep him back; we can pick you up if you crash afterwards."

Julian: "Easy."

Maxamillian: *Moves mecha into position.* "It is time to end this!"

Julian: "You damn right!"

Metal Man (GM): Questers vs. Maxamillian.

Digifanatic: "Okay, let's try to guard Metal as often as possible..."

Charles: *turns off the communicators to his station.* "...Metal, what if he has enough Magitek to counter the Chaos Emeralds?"

Digifanatic: "I think that it'll certainly help."

Charles: "You know... shields and all?"

Metal Man: "...We'll cross that bridge when we get there."

Charles: "..." *turns them back on.*

Aribar: "If we aim for the legs we may just cripple him!"

Julian, being the attention-grabber he is, flies towards the face of the Maxi-Bot and gives it a big ol' PUNKSLAP!* "Get that *censored.* outta here!"

Maxamillian: "Cripple... this massive mecha? Balderdash!"

Metal Man (GM): *Smack.*

Julian: *SLAP! Fiddy-three damage, HK*3.*

Metal Man (GM): The mecha is too heavy to knock back.

Maxamillian: "But a pinch to my massive creation. You shall die horribly!"

Julian: "Can't stop me, son! I'm gonna dance around you all day!" *Julian then launches a Winding Kick at the same place!*

Metal Man (GM): Hit. It's unable to dodge; rather, it seems to rely on being massive.

Julian: *But that ain't all! Julian then jumps back and launches a Hat Trick! Man, he must want to get pummeled.*

Metal Man (GM): Hit hit hit hit.

Aribar rushes towards that thing's legs and... then heads towards the left leg and starts trying to chop it down to size with a Bi-Bolt Slash.*

Metal Man (GM): Hit, hit.

Digifanatic does what Ari says and goes for the legs, hoping to get in a decent Fire Punch, following it with another Light Ray...

Metal Man (GM): Hit, crit.

Digifanatic: "Guys, don't be afraid to guard the Dauntless if you can."

Aetos zips over to the Dauntless and defends.

Maxamillian: "Eat laser fire, you precious fools!"

Metal Man (GM): The entire mecha lights up, firing lasers in all directions. Damage, machinegun, ignores armor. Since Aetos is blocking for the Dauntless, the Dauntless is safe.

Aribar manages to fly about and avoid all the evil lasers of death.*

Julian: *Can't touch me!* "Let's see what I got for you today..." *Julian reaches behind him and pulls out...*

Maxamillian: "I'm only warming up! You'll pay for defying Kuja!"

Aribar: "Why not be a good Solarian and die?"

Metal Man: "10% charged."

Julian: *A Chain! Which Julian proceeds to whip the Maxi-Bot with!*

Metal Man (GM): In the head? Hit.

Julian: "Yo! I'm runnin' low on energy! Anyone got some Syrup or anythin'?"

Aribar attempts the same Bi-Bolt Slash on the left leg. "Sorry, no syrups here!"

Metal Man (GM): Hit, hit. Questers vs. Maxamillian, Round 2. The gigantic mecha stands in the Questers' presence, dwarfing all but the tower behind it.

Aetos spends more time defending for the Dauntless.

Metal Man (GM): At its helm Maxamillian stands.

Maxamillian: "You are but flies before my machine."

Metal Man (GM): His massive mecha swipes at Aetos's MTA.

Julian: "And you ain't nothin' but a tin-can!"

Metal Man (GM): It moves sorta-fast, but also is huge, so it takes a long time to speed up to hitting speed.

Aetos thrusts the MTA down and evades the attack.

Maxamillian: "Grrr. Stand still, you fly!"

Metal Man (GM): He swipes at Aetos with his other arm.

Aetos didn't see that one comin'...

Metal Man (GM): *SMACK* Aetos is knocked a ways away.

Julian, intent on annoying the hell out of Maxi-Bot and drawing fire, reaches behind him again...*

Julian: *And it's a giant Pool Cue! Julian then cracks it over the head of the Maxi-Bot!*

Metal Man (GM): Hit.

Julian: *CRACKASHATTER!*

Charles looks at his computer screen to get a close-up of the mecha head.

Julian then jets back a bit and gets in a defensive stance...

Metal Man (GM): Charles sees a massive humanoid-like head with a heavily reinforced glass 'visor' where the bridge is. It has a huge crystal stud in the top of it, which glows intermittently.

Aribar unleashes some more electrifying slashes on that left leg, wondering if he's making any progress in this sky-scraper tall portion of the Mecha.

Metal Man (GM): Hit, hit.

Charles uses the commands of the console to get a close-up on this jewel at the top. He looks at this embedded jewel and goes to make an algorithm of its energy output.

Aetos spends more time defending.

Metal Man (GM): It appears to be the most powerful Magitek item Charles has yet seen.

Maxamillian: "You shall all be dead long before you can damage me."

Julian: "Psh! You ain't even hit me yet, Maxi!"

Metal Man (GM): The mecha powers up, and then it suddenly launches five aircraft out of each of its arms at Julian like missiles. Giant, fighter pilot missiles.

Charles uses the information from the algorithms... he thinks on this.

Julian: *And Julian's hit by a grand total of... 1.*

Maxamillian: "Well, well, well. If it isn't captain dodgeball."

Julian: *And Julian brushes it off like nothing.* "That all you got?"

Maxamillian: "How about some Solarian Machine?"

Metal Man (GM): The crystal heats up and then fires a whole TON of lines at Julian's mecha. These lines being made of antimatter, as they explode the air they touch with a sort of hissing sound. OOH! Just one off of succeeding. Which is still good for Julian. Sorta. *BLAM* A single line hits Julian in the right arm, not so much damaging your mecha as ripping that arm off entirely. *Status effect: One-armed.* Cannot use two-handed effects or attacks. Also, lose 1/4 MTA health health remaining.

Maxamillian: "Bah! You STILL move too fast!"

Julian: "And you STILL can't hit nothin'!" *Julian decides to spend his turn in support, scanning the head, and if it doesn't include the visor and Crystal, just the Crystal.*

Metal Man (GM): (Comms) "You better do something about that antimatter weapon... the histories show that a weaker version of it could destroy an entire planet. If that thing powered up enough, it could kill you... permanently!"

Charles turns off comms at his station. "...Why would that be a bad thing?"

Dex: "...DING! Head: 307/10,000."

Charles turns it back on.

Dex: "Description: The main portion of the ship; it houses the most powerful Magitek created yet. If fully powered up, it could destroy entire planets. The crystal which is its strength is also its weakness, though it will become more vicious if you hit it there. End of entry."

Aetos: "Dangerous."

Julian sits back and defends again.

Aribar unleashes a barrage of FOUR electrified slashes upon the mecha's left leg.

Aetos zips back over to his spot by the Dauntless, then defends.

Maxamillian: "That's it! Magitek Crystal! Fire Two!"

Metal Man (GM): It fires at Julian again. Instead of ripping limbs off, it zaps the propulsion system. Effective speed of MTA is halved. It also deals damage. Then he fires some ships at Aetos. However, he's particularly bad at aiming them.

Aetos: "This guy is mighty strong..."

Metal Man (GM): (Comms) "We're at 40%. One emerald has been fully powered up."

Maxamillian: "I cannot be defeated by your small vehicles. All who insult me will be destroyed!"

Charles: "He's good with technology... but he's bad at speaking insultingly."

Julian: "Hope this thing can hold up, 'cause I can't dodge anymore... But I gotta keep goin'!" *Julian grabs the giant steet disk that substitutes for his Fedora and launches it at the Magitek Crystal for a TRIPLE HAT TRICK.*

Metal Man (GM): All hit.

Julian catches on the return and braces for more hits, seeing as how he's pretty much a sitting duck out there...

Metal Man (GM): The crystal sparks, and the entire head seems damaged by it.

Julian: "...Ari! Stop attackin' the leg! Head up-top!"

Maxamillian: "Grrr! Fully power up the Magitek Crystal!"

Aetos: "Or... a reflect spell or something..."

Aribar frowns and wonders how much time it would take to get up to the head. He then then tries to estimate exactly how much of the left leg is choppified...

Metal Man (GM): About 5%. The fact it's skyscraper-sized makes even unarmored metal formidable. Unless you're crazy Metal from the Sephiroth fight.

Aribar doesn't think either course of action will do much, but Aribar's always been easily ordered around. He flies up to the head and tries slashing the area around the Magitek crystal about a bit.

Metal Man (GM): Hit, and hit; each hit electrifies the entire head.

Aetos holds the giant mech-keyblade out toward 'Maxi-bot', it drags him through the air and slashes into Max for the first part of the Combo.

Metal Man (GM): Hit.

Aetos continues the combo by giving him 2 side-swipes.

Metal Man (GM): Hit. It's a massive target.

Aetos continues the second swipe.

Metal Man (GM): It continues taking hits.

Aetos flips back a few yards, then does a lightspeed charge into the head of the bot with a much harder, but less accurate smash.

Metal Man (GM): Hit. Can't paralyze this.

Aetos defends again, in front of the Dauntless.

Maxamillian: "It is time to show you why no one should attack my Magitek crystal!"

Metal Man (GM): The crystal lights up, and then fires not one, not two, but four lines; two at Aribar, and two at Julian.

Aetos: "Don't get disintegrated or anything, guys."

Julian: "This is gonna hurt..."

Aribar tries his best to dodge the lasers in this awkward mecha.

Metal Man (GM): Julian's mecha is electrified by a laser, which deals damage to Julian as well to the mecha. The second one then pings off the windshield, breaking it and causing it to deal pointy glass shard damage to Julian. Aribar, meanwhile, nearly dodges one, which causes a laser to hit near the top of his mecha, causing a fire in the cockpit.

Julian: "What the-*SHATTER* AUGH!"

Metal Man (GM): The second one then blows off his mecha's left foot, dealing damage to it and making it unable to land properly.

Aribar: "Aaaaaah!"

Maxamillian: "And to think, I could have fired twice that amount..."

Aetos: "This is why you shouldn't mess with big scary gems..."

Aribar: "Firefirefirefire! Where's the fire extinguisher?!"

Metal Man : (Comms) "Good work so far. Just keep that magitek thing away from the Dauntless for another 30 seconds... second emerald powered up."

Metal Man (GM): Aribar finds one to his right.

Julian: "Bleeding... not good... Still going!" *Julian, deciding he ain't goin' nowhere NEAR that crystal without a protective windshield, launches two more Hat Tricks at the Crystal!*

Charles: "Guys... make sure to take out that crystal before we fire the Super Cannon. We don't want anything unexpected to happen."

Metal Man (GM): All hit.

Julian: "What the hell you think I'm doin'?! Pickin' daisies?!"

Metal Man (GM): Head: 8859/10,000. Aribar attempts to fight, however he's on fire.

Julian: "Aetos! Attack the *censored.* crystal this time!"

Metal Man (GM): So instead he takes damage for trying to use the MTA while on fire.

Aetos: "Uh no. I think I'll help the ship until I can do something else that's neat." *defends.*

Julian: "...You son of a *censored.*! What the *censored.* did Charles just say?!"

Maxamillian: "Your talking annoys me. Since the elf is burning to death, I'll just blow you to pieces."

Charles: "You practically gave Julian to Max. Congratulations, Young Ward."

Metal Man (GM): He opens fire on Julian's mech with 8 magitek lasers.

Julian: "Aw hell!"

Aetos blinks. .oO(Pain.)

Metal Man (GM): One check succeeded! ...But first, one laser blasts off the other arm, then right leg, then one pierces the torso, disabling the mecha's ability to attack, while another takes out the energy generator room behind Julian, then another blasts off the other leg, then one misses, then another blows the body to shreds, and a final one pings the head off the body and it is now falling towards the ground. Julian is effectively out of the battle; most of which he can do now involves avoiding a fiery death.

Julian: "I'M GOIN' DOWN!" *Julian attempts to unstrap himself, jump out of the cockpit, and Rocket Boot himself to safety.*

Metal Man (GM): (Comms) "You could try breaking up his attention, you know. We don't have many fighters if all of you explode." Julian leaps out to safety.

Aetos: .oO(Better start acting like I'm trying...) "Ok, I suppose I should try to... destroy that 'monstrosity'."

Julian: "Whew..."

Charles: "Aetos, don't let the magitek crystal attack the airship. Destroy it now!"

Metal Man (GM): (Comms) "60%. Third emerald powered up. Don't make us have to fire early!"

Julian: *Assuming he still has Comm access.* "NO *CENSORED* DUH! IF YOU'D DONE THAT EARLIER, I'D STILL HAVE A MECH!"

Metal Man (GM): The fire in Aribar's MTA goes out, having dealt damage to him earlier.

Maxamillian: "...The annoying voice has moved to another ship! I guess I'll have to take out the Dauntless. Not that I fear its obsolete laser weapon."

Aribar tries Bi-Bolt Slashing the head near that emerald some more... He'd try to make some slightly deeper gouges on the outside for an impossible feat of prying it out later on.*

Julian: "Mets, want me to head to the Dauntless? I can't do much more out here."

Charles: "Aribar! You too. If you can get rid of that crystal, you can go back to focusing on anybody part you want!"

Metal Man (GM): Head: 8859/10,000.

Metal Man: (Comms) "Maxamillian appears to hate your voice. Perhaps you can lure him away from us."

Metal Man (GM): Meanwhile, Ari hits the gem twice.

Charles wanted the health count to account for Ari's hits.

Metal Man (GM): The crystal is nearly destroyed, now.

Julian: "...WHAT?"

Metal Man (GM): Head: 9799/10,000.

Metal Man: (Comms) "...Or would you rather lure him to us and watch us be destroyed?"

Julian: "AETOS! UNLESS YOU WANT EVERYONE TO DIE, ATTACK THE CRYSTAL!"

Aetos acts unphased by the comments over the comms... like he can't hear anything they say. He charges up and tries to shackle the mech in GIANT GIANT SUPER MECHA ROBO RESTRAINTS.

Metal Man (GM): The mecha has no intelligence, and is 'restrained'.

Maxamillian: "Good thing I don't need my arms to kill you all."

Julian: "...AETOS YOU STUPID SON OF A *CENSORED*!"

Charles: "...Why is Aetos not responding?"

Metal Man (GM): Aetos 'grabs' the mecha, however it's too big to throw. Each arm takes damage.

Maxamillian: "That noise! Gahhh! Shut up! I hate your annoying voice, you idiotic Quester!"

Aetos zips up instantly after the mech is restrained, and his leg jets out at a super high velocity, thrusting into the crystal with the power of a cannon.

Charles: "Ahh... I get it. He wanted to make sure the mech didn't have a chance to strike back."

Metal Man (GM): The entire head explodes.

Maxamillian: "Gahhhhhh!!!!!"

Julian: "Now why couldn't you do that SOONER?"

Metal Man (GM): *SLAM.* The mecha falls backwards, and onto the city itself. It takes even more damage.

Metal Man: (Comms) "...I guess we won't need the emerald beam... I'm keeping it charging anyway."

Aribar: "Gaah!" *The elf would be blasted back a few dozen feet from the explosion of the head.*

Metal Man (GM): COMMANDER DEFEATED.

Metal Man: (Comms) "I wonder where Jeff Maxwell is..."

Aetos looks to see if Max's body is visible.

Metal Man (GM): It should have been annihilated; the entire head exploded.

Julian: "A'ight, now what you want me to do, Mets?"

Metal Man (GM): (Comms) "Get aboard, and prepare for the final fight."

Julian: "Right." *Julian jets up to the ship and gets in... however.*

Metal Man (GM): The tower is in the distance; the way to it looks clear.

Metal Man: (Comms) "Aribar? Aetos? What about you?"

Metal Man (GM): Aribar's ship, while battered, is still functional. Those battleships appear to have vanished.

Aribar: "What exactly CAN we do? My MTA is half destroyed, can't land properly, and as far as I know on a suicidal trip into and inside Kuja's tower..."

Aetos acts like he can't hear anything still.

Julian walks over to Metal. "So how I gonna help? Aetos bein' a *censored.* cost me my mech!"

Metal Man: (Comms) "We have a backup, Julian. ...Oops."

Julian: "...Yeah, I'm right behind ya."

Metal Man: *Turns off Comms.* "I mean, we have a backup. Go ahead and use it."

Julian: "An' good."

Metal Man: *turns on Comms.* (Comms) "We're going to the tower now."

Metal Man (GM): The Dauntless moves towards the tower...

Julian heads to the hangar and gets in the spare MTA* "Julian II, ready for launch..." *And... Launch.*

Aribar: "So... We just ram into it?"

Maxamillian: "...I will never let you win!" *The entire, now headless, mecha rockets back into standing position, and is in the way.*

Julian: "..."

Metal Man (GM): Its head, now gone, reveals a socket, but nothing else.

Metal Man: (Comms) "Firing Emerald Ray. 100%. FIRE!"

Julian: "WHAT THE *CENSORED*! You were exploded in the *CENSORED* head!"

Metal Man (GM): *BLAM* The thing is punched backwards by a massive laser to the torso. A ship-sized hole is made into it.

Aribar: "That reminds me... Where is OUR army at?"

Metal Man (GM): It shoots sparks, but begins walking towards the Dauntless anyway.

Ivan Robotnik: (Comms) "Aboard the Dauntless."

Metal Man: (Comms) "...Impossible. NOTHING could survive that!"

Maxamillian: "I have the most powerful Magitek on the planet. My ship will remain operational INdefiniteLY."

Metal Man (GM): It begins firing Magitek lasers everywhere.

Aetos: "Geee..."

Julian: "...GODDAMNIT STAY DOWN!" *Julian charges the Maxi-Bot and tries KO PUNCHing it.*

Aribar: "Gaah! How do we stop this mad Solarian?!"

Aetos tries to evade.

Metal Man: (Comms) "Raise shields. All MTAs to rear of Dauntless. We're going to have to fly around it."

Metal Man (GM): Aetos is able to evade; Julian flies into the cloud of magitek rays and is knocked back; several of them mark the mecha with line-like patterns.

Aetos tries to zip on over to the head socket and hover above it.

Charles: "Only something like Eclipse Cannon could destroy such a monstrosity!"

Metal Man (GM): The Mecha raises its arms and begins firing ships like mad. In fact, a whole cloud of them. Ala Andross.

Julian: "Grah! That didn't work..." *Julian darts back to the Dauntless and gets behind it...*

Metal Man (GM): Aetos zips on at the head, but is instead hit by the cloud of ships and lasers, taking damage and being knocked back.

Julian: "...You think we could lead this thing into the Tower?"

Metal Man (GM): (Comms) "Too risky. It'll kill us if we don't flee."

Maxamillian: "Death to the Questers... long live Kuja! All weapons... ENGAGE!"

Julian: "So we flee, and it follows us!"

Aribar: "... Might as well try!" *The elf tries to fly a VERY wide arc around Maxy's mecha...*

Metal Man (GM): The magitek-laser spraying ship shooting thing starts firing regular lasers around as well. It moves one of its arms at Aribar and smacks him away with Godlike speed. Damage; knocked back.

Aetos scans the socket where the head used to be, for any entrance or shineys...

Metal Man (GM): Aetos can't see through all the lasers and garbage it's throwing around.

Aribar: "GAAAAAAAAH!"

Metal Man (GM): ...So Aribar's ship is knocked on out of the sky by its powerful right hook.

Julian: "So how we gonna get around it, Mets?!"

Metal Man: (Comms) "Something... something..." *Looks around the ship.* (Comms) "...Nothing. We can barely stay alive this far away with all our weapons and defenses on simultaneously."

Metal Man (GM): An MTA rises from the debris of the ground. It's Jeff Maxwell's, which is, not surprisingly, torn up.

Charles: "We can't even get near the mecha, let alone get inside it."

Julian: "...Deus Ex Machina..."

Jeff Maxwell: "You... worthless... villain! How dare you get in the way like this! I'll... stop you... somehow!"

Charles: "We could use one of those right now... or a really good plan."

Maxamillian: "Your last name is pathetic. Talk to the hand."

Julian: "Jus' sit back and watch Jeff..."

Metal Man (GM): Jeff Maxwell's ship is punted into the ground.

Jeff Maxwell: "Gahhhh!!!"

Aetos flinches.

Julian: "...A'ight, nevermind."

Metal Man (GM): (Comms) "...I don't think even one of those can stop him. But he bought us a few seconds."

Julian: "Go?"

Charles: "Well unless we use the Chaos Emeralds again, Kuja says Max failed, or The Void comes, I'm all out of ideas."

Metal Man: "It's too thick. We can't penetrate it."

Sky High: *Walks into the bridge.* "I know something. It's not much, but enough to get him out of our way. However, *hic.*, I am too drunk to do it."

Julian: "...So you gonna tell us it or not?"

Sky High: "I have my old ship, which is equipped with a hyperdrive capable of moving at speeds fast enough that it can breach the edges of reality. If someone flew that directly into his mecha, it'd probably shred it to pieces, X-zone style. However whoever did it would die a thousand deaths."

Julian: "...Aetos! Get yo' *censored.* *** over here!"

Aetos: .oO(That's insane.) *Makes screechy noises.* "...Uh... wh... did..say?"

Maxamillian: "My mission is successful, Kuja. Do you see that? I have stopped them dead! DEAD!"

Julian: "Doesn't matter what he said! Get over here!"

Maxamillian: "However, I am greater than all other commanders. I will protect you rather than be idiotic and claim glory by killing them."

Ivan Robotnik: (Comms) "We need some way to fly that thing into him without killing anyone important."

Charles: "Althought it would be what could bring The Void here, I don't see any other option." *idea.* "Jeff could survive it."

Sky High: "That Jeff dude down there could do it, except he's sorta wedged in a skyscraper. And Phantom would, except then he'd go crazy and kill me for the suggestion."

Julian: "...You could get one of your soldiers to do it."

Ivan Robotnik: (Comms) "...They don't know how to fly high-tech machinery."

Phantom: *Peeks in.* "That's right. I'd kill you an' Kuja! Hrahahahahahaha!"

Aetos: .oO(Psh, and I do?) He starts pulling in toward the Dauntless.

Metal Man (GM): (Comms) "...Aetos. Pick up Jeff. He can survive the crash, I know he can. At least, he's survived hundred-foot falls before."

Charles: "Aetos could also survive the X-zone onslaught if that crystal of his protects him... though that's extremely risky."

Aetos looks down to where Jeff should be.

Metal Man (GM): Aetos would see his MTA wedged into a building. It just needs to be dragged out.

Aetos sighs and zips down to Jeff's ship and he looks around it. Aetos then would shrug and than try to lift it out.

Metal Man (GM): You lift it out. The comms appear to be dead. On his ship. However, you could easily take it and dock it to the Dauntless.

Aetos starts shaking it a lot.

Metal Man (GM): No response, though Aetos hears a muffled "...Stop that!" from it.

Aetos stops, and shrugs, then hauls it back to the biggun'. (The Dauntless.)

Julian: "So what's the word?"

Metal Man (GM): It's docked. Maxwell gets out, and then runs to the bridge.

Jeff Maxwell: "...Thanks for picking me up, though it could have used less shaking... what do you need?"

Julian: "You to commit suicide, basically."

Charles: "Another technological kamikaze mission."

Julian: "But hey, you're unkillable right?"

Jeff Maxwell: "...Of course I am! However, I usually design the things that cause me to be 'killed'. ...Which makes whatever you're proposing in need of modifications."

Aetos ends up walking into the Bridge now.

Charles: "It's Skyhigh's ship. You need to fly it at Max's Mecha."

Julian: "So where's your ship, Sky?"

Sky High: "Inside the hangar. I kept it secret to make sure no one wasted it in fighting; it's a pursuit/escape ship."

Jeff Maxwell: "...What does this entail?"

Julian: "Hittin' hyperspeed and crashin' into the Mech."

Aetos: "Sounds fun. You'd be like the Human Sonic." *takes a moment to examine Jeff, to make sure he's human..*

Julian: "'Cept more explosions."

Aetos: "...Wait, SkyHigh, is this ship the same one that you threw me and Aribar out of?..."

Metal Man (GM): Jeff Maxwell is mostly human; he has a few metallic joints, apparently cybernetic.

Sky High: "Yes."

Aetos screams with a rage and storms out to the Hangar.

Julian: "...AETOS!" *Julian follows after him.*

Charles: "Jeff, you better follow them. Repair anything quickly."

Metal Man (GM): Aetos and Julian both run to the hangar.

Charles looks outside.

Sky High: "The joke's on him; I hid it." *hic.*

Aetos looks around the Hangar for the special ship that he remembers so well.

Charles: "I think I just counted 534 fighters total."

Metal Man (GM): Aetos can't find it... anywhere.

Julian: "Aetos, if you do what I think you gonna do, I'm gonna... I can't even SAY what I'm gonna do it's so bad! But I dunno about you, but I wanna live!"

Charles: "...Make that 616. Sky, guide Jeff to the real place of it."

Aetos lowers his head, then when he rises it, his eyes become blue and glowy... he's using Truth Seer in the hangar.

Julian: "And that ship is our only chance!"

Metal Man (GM): Charles continue looking out the window...

BOOOOOOM

Metal Man (GM): The tower fires a massive beam of... X-zone energy, causing the mecha to suddenly explode. And when I mean explode, I mean erased from existence.

Maxamillian: "What? No! Kuja has betrayed me!" *EXPLODE.*

Charles: "Did that come from... a cannon... of some kind?"

Metal Man: "A cannon of Kuja's tower, no less. Where it is, I can't see, but it took that thing out in one hit."

Charles: "And we probably gave him what we needed, too."

Ivan Robotnik: "We should get moving, before... that."

Metal Man (GM): He points at the battleships, which emerge from their cloaks and open fire. The Dauntless takes off to the tower.

Aribar is still in a fiery crater several miles back.

Charles: "Five Commanders down. One Commander and a God to go."

Metal Man (GM): The Dauntless flies through a huge cloud of battleships, taking heavy damage, before then crashing near the base of the tower and inside of it.

Aetos tells to Julian. "I'm going to find that ship, and it will be mine. No one will have it but me, and I will be the one to DESTROY IT."

Julian: "Don't MAKE me smack you around, boy! I don't wanna cut our chances of surviving this, and that means YOU in good health and that SHIP able!"

Aetos laughs. "I didn't mean I'm going to destroy it immediately."
