Super Smash Quest - Story - Chapter 296: The Time Calamity, Part 2: Wrath of the Eggman

Metal Man (GM): He goes invisible, but your attack moves so fast he can't dodge it.
Julian Sawyer: *TP OVA.*
Ivo Robotnik: "Go ahead, destroy the Time Stones... I will continue my fight! Save the world... and die for it!"
Dragoshi slowly feels his wounds healing, even though he didn't do anything. Must've been what Aetos did, even though Drag didn't notice (83/325) He then proceeds to defend, biding his time. (EoT)
Charles Magellean becomes unfrozen from becoming separate from time. Although what he does is... strange.
"As Julian would sometimes do, I'll fight time with it."
*He attempts to gather time with Energy Control.*
Metal Man (GM): ...You see it happen exactly the same as before, as Charles is then stopped again.
Ivo Robotnik: "You never had a chance!"
Aetos raises an eyebrow at Charles. .oO(Hmm... ...)
Metal Man (GM): Something broke with time... definitely.
Ivo Robotnik: "It is already too late... time is beginning to destabilize. The added destruction has only accelerated the process."
Gibby heals himself by gulping down a mushroom, and then judges by Robotnik's outline his current location. When he feels he has a good idea of where he is, he leaps into the air and attacks with another slashing combination.
Metal Man (GM): He flies out of the way... but the invisibility flickers.
It appears to have the same problems as any other IIF field.
Gibby: "Darn..."
Metal Man (GM): Aetos' turn
Aetos nods, after observing Charles, he begins to mimic him, using himself to conduit time energy on his own behalf, he squares off with Ivo just as Charles did.
Metal Man (GM): Oh, right. The actual skill... doesn't matter.
Ivo Robotnik: "You never had a chance!"
Metal Man (GM): You begin to see a rip in time, as both Aetos and Charles are now trapped in a causal loop of time.
The area around them is frozen in time and surrounded by wavy lines.
Gibby: "This isn't looking good at all."
Dragoshi: "...Indeed."
Metal Man (GM): The machine itself also appears to be destabilizing; time appears to be causing the colors and image of the time machine to bend oddly.
The Wraith cracks its neck as it eyes the doctor... It swoops forward a bit as it starts unleashing a heavy barrage of magical energy, accompanied by a phantasmic shrieking. It wants this bugga dead.
Metal Man (GM): You manage to hit him.
Ivo Robotnik: "OOF!"
Dragoshi: "...Fat megalomaniac go 'OOF'!"
Metal Man (GM): His invisibility falls off and explodes.
Gibby: "Thank goodness..."
Metal Man (GM): Two weird metallic tentacles pop out of his back where the invisibility generator was.
They blitz with electricity.
Gibby: "Oh come on! How many things can you possible carry at once?"
Dragoshi: "...Well, at least that ends that DAMN annoying cloak fiel-Oh, god... If anyone vaguely feels like a-...I'm not gonna even continue along that thought train!"
Ivo Robotnik: "With all the Time Stones, I have access to every weapon I've ever used!"
Dragoshi: "...Just, no way. That'd be disgusting, wrong, AND awkward!" *It appears he's blabbering on to himself about the tentacles.*
Ivo Robotnik: "Oh shut up... Time Stone 2 activated!"
Metal Man (GM): He turns a wave of blue, then splits into three.
Dragoshi: "..."
Metal Man (GM): One of his clones flies up to Dragoshi and decides to stab him in the shoulders with the prods.
Dragoshi is hit twice. Ow x2. Damage?
Metal Man (GM): 50 electrical damage per hit if only one hit, 100 electrical damage per hit if both hit. This damage is nonlethal, though, so if it 'kills' you, you're left on the ground smoking for one round, then get up with 1 HP left.
Another clone goes to smash Julian into the ground.
It smashes a hole into the ground.
The third fires the blue cutting laser at John.
Julian Sawyer's literally shaking with rage as it smashes into the ground. Vendetta seems to have disappeared into his back pocket, and his gloves are starting to glow blood red...
Dragoshi: "...Crispy."(180/325)
Metal Man (GM): 50 laser damage, affects Ethereal beings normally (no 2x ala magic), but has Machinegun 1x too.
The Wraith crosses its arms as... well, it doesn't really have a chance to dodge. Its barrier takes one of the blasts, but then shatters, leaving the spirit to get hammered by the double-strike of the attack.
Metal Man (GM): He reforms, leaving a white hole in reality from where he split up.
Julian Sawyer's gloves kick into it full, and he boosts towards Ivo, going to grab him by the throat!
Metal Man (GM): He spins out of the way.
Julian Sawyer turns on a dime and goes to grab him again!
Ivo Robotnik: "The EEEEEND is coming!"
Julian Sawyer: *LUCK.*
Gibby: "Yeah, for you!"
Dragoshi: "For you, maybe!"
Metal Man (GM): You manage to grab him without the luck, then waste a luck point on making sure you grab him,.
Damage/throwing him at... what target?
Julian Sawyer: *Oh the energy!* "Y'know, an awful lotta stuff's happened since you started pickin' up those stones. I got called a liar by my own team, had to face countless frustrations, AN' this whole thing! But then you jus' had to go an' TRICK ME to get you that last time stone! So y'know what? I-HAVE HAD-ENOUGH-OF YOU!" Julian keeps the chokehold locked in as he swings around, and throws Ivo directly into the portal that's forming around the Time Machine!
Metal Man (GM): You throw him into it... and.. ..Two of him come out!
Ivo Robotnik: "You won't stop me that easily!"
Eggman: "It's time to get revenge on you!"
Gibby: "A buuuuuuh?"
Ivo Robotnik: "Good throw, though."
Dragoshi: "...What the Fuuuuh?"
Eggman: "At last, I will be able to destroy the Questers and build Eggmanland!"
Ivo Robotnik: *Two of him appear to continue the Aetos/Charles time warp* "You didn't have a chance!" "You didn't have a chance!"
Gibby: "Ahh... twice the madness! Twice the roundness!"
Eggman: "I am the Eggman!"
Dragoshi: "...If only we had two walruses!"
Gibby: "...Walruses?"
Metal Man (GM): A big hole appears over Dragoshi's head.
Dragoshi: "...Yes."
Gibby: "...You're losing it aren't you?"
Metal Man (GM): It appears... to be a hole in reality.
Dragoshi looks up expecting something doomful abo-Yep. "...Uh-oh..."
Editor's Note: A small incident here... but one that would have grave consequences in the Orionis era.
Gibby looks up.
Metal Man (GM): Julian: Finished with your turn?
Your throw did damage the original Ivo, but now he's got a clone who sounds like he's from the past.
Gibby: "ANOTHER hole..."
Julian Sawyer: *Out of TP.*
Ivo Robotnik: "Just try to defeat me... time will soon be destroyed!"
Dragoshi: "Yes, I am losing it. I blame those shocks."
Eggman: "What? Forget time! I have the chaos emeralds! And I will kill you all!"
Ivo Robotnik: "You don't have a chance!" *The Causal Loop with Charles and Aetos speeds up.*
Dragoshi's HP regenerates again, and this time he attempts to hit Eggman with a cyclone.
Gibby: "Ugh... it's like they're in stereo!"
Dragoshi: *Luck ...Flrgh.*
Metal Man (GM): The base's walls almost appear to be turning to stone.
Dragoshi: "...What the..."
Metal Man (GM): The Causal loop is now like a fast-forwarding tape recorder.
Miss... both of them.
Ivo Robotnik: "You call that an attack?"
Eggman: "Hahahaha! You missed! You are a loser!"
Metal Man (GM): It goes into the portal and flies back out, now an orange.
Charles' turn?
Dragoshi: "...I hope we can cru-...The hell?" *Dragoshi moves away from the hole, and eats an Ultra Shroom, ending his turn.*
Charles Magellean: "As Julian would sometimes do, I'll fight time with I----whhhaaaa???"
*He looks to see... more than one Robotnik!??* ""
Eggman: "Wahahaha! I can destroy Earth and build Neo-Eggmanlandia atop it!"
Charles Magellean cancels the Energy Control attempt, seeing that more than one Ivo is here.
Dragoshi: "...Uhhh... I thought it wa-Oh, sod it."
Ivo Robotnik: "Time will be destroyed once I finish encoding all five remaining emeralds..."
Metal Man (GM): The loop snaps, but an after-image of it continues in the background.
Charles Magellean: "Time... time?...*Looks around and gets an idea*."
Dragoshi: "?"
Ivo Robotnik: "This is your last chance to do anything... before random past foes appear to make it impossible to stop me!"
Charles Magellean: "...Random foes? How cou---*He sees the salvation*---...I've got it!"
Eggman: "I am impossible to defeat, for I am the almighty lord of metallic sandwiches!"
Dragoshi: "...Almighty lord of WHAT?"**
Ivo Robotnik: "Urgh... you really shouldn't have damaged the portal. Now we'll never hear the end of it."
Charles Magellean seeing that the Time Calamity is really happening, he runs into the cause of this whole thing: the portal.
Dragoshi: "Okay, he's confusing the HELL out of me!"
Metal Man (GM): You run at the portal.
Eggman: "Noooo! I must save Charles Gilligan!"
Metal Man (GM): He swoops down and attempts to save Charles from running into the portal.
AGI check, Charles.
Dragoshi: "...This guy is getting more and more *Draconic* up you know that, right?"
Ivo Robotnik: "Hmph. Why? I'd rather like to see him lost in time."
Metal Man (GM): ...But you manage to move faster than he can! How's that failing it?
Ivo Robotnik: "...This must be the Time Calamity... Charles can't out-maneuver anyone!"
Eggman: "Come back hereeee!!!!"
Metal Man (GM): Charles runs into the portal.
Eggman flies into it after him.
The portal begins to freak out, rippling all of reality.
Eggman: "I am impossible to defeat, for I am the almighty lord of metallic sandwiches!"
Dragoshi: "...Almighty lord of WHAT?"
Ivo Robotnik: "This won't do... he's being sent through all of time itself... overloading the machine!"
Charles Magellean wouldn't even know what to feel right now.
Gibby is getting a headache. He -hated- those. It really--did that just turn into an orange? Metallic sandwiches? Reality portals? Walruses? AHHH!!! He runs up to Ivo and slashes at him four times. "STOP CONFUSING ME!"
Metal Man (GM): Ivo's open to be attacked; better do something.
Computer: "EEEEEROR."
Metal Man (GM): *Miss* SLASH SLASH *MISS*
His right laser arm is blasted right off.
Gibby grumbles and leaps back.
Metal Man (GM): So he gains a giant flare cannon!
Aetos' turn
Aetos is beginning to channel the time energy but feels it's not a good idea anymore... he notices more time holes appearing, and decides maybe he should try destroying the time machine!
Gibby: "AHH!"
Dragoshi: "...Damn."
Metal Man (GM): Well, you may attack it at will.
Aetos straightens his arms to the Time Machine, and wind cannons with a likeness to Megaman's Energy Cannons envelope them, soon a large sphere of wind energy blasts out of each cannon and crash into the machine.
Metal Man (GM): BLAM, BLAM!
The machine... blows apart.
Dragoshi: "...Huh."
Computer: "CRITICAL DAMAGE, ALL TIME STONES DESTROYED. UNKNOWN ERROR."
Gibby: "..."
Dragoshi: "...This is friggin' nuts!"
Gibby: "NOW you've done it."
Dragoshi: "...Greeaaaat."
Metal Man (GM): It explodes ala an Eggman invention... but even burnt, the portal is stuck open.
Aetos: "Hey, where did Charles go?"
Dragoshi looks at it, confused "...Fuuuuuuhhhhh?"
Ivo Robotnik: "What? No! I didn't expect you to deal that much damage! The Time Calamity has been turned into the great Time Disaster!"
Gibby: "He's... LOST... IN... TIME!" *Bum bum bum.*
Aetos scratches his head.
Dragoshi: "Oh, right. Magellean. He went into the-Yeah, what Gibbs said."
Metal Man (GM): Despite the madness, Ivo remains a boss.
The madness merely acts as a background to it.
Dragoshi: "This is your damn fault for startin' this crap in the first place, you KNOW that, right?"
Ivo Robotnik: "I will still defeat you... perhaps I can channel Time Stones through all of these holes in reality."
The Wraith raises its eyebrow at the multitude of Robotniks and general mayhem... It just shakes its head and goes to shoot tendrils at, then blast the 'original' Robotnik, with the voice it more easily recognizes... Die muddafa.
Metal Man (GM): Miss, BLAM BLAM
You blast off the mallet. It is replaced with...
A massive Sonic 1-esque wrecking ball on a chain.
Dragoshi: "... ...Argh."
Gibby: "It's never ending with this guy!"
Dragoshi: "Yeah, seriously!"
Metal Man (GM): ...
Intermission
The madness around you is just plain... weird.
So much so... the portal freaks out and several Charleses just leap out of it.
Dragoshi: "Holy damn!"
Julian Sawyer: "...WHAT... THE..." *****?!*
Charles Magellean: "...What in the woorlld..." *The several of them look to each other, specifically the one of this timeline is dressed differently. They all look similar but one is holding a boombox.*
Gibby: "Hey Charles, hey charles, hey charles, he charles, hey charles, hey charles, hey charles, hey charles, hey charles..." *etc.*
Charles Magellean notices what he is wearing..."White hat... tie... gangster attire."
Dragoshi pulls the same thing as Gibby.
The Wraith just raises an eyebrow as it looks around at the lot of 'em... Bizarre.
Dragoshi: "Blargh..."
Charles Magellean: *They all smile, slowly nodding their heads. He looks forward.* "I've always wanted to do this if there was ever an apocalypse nearing..."
Dragoshi: .oO(...Oh, Martel in heaven...*Sigh*)
Gibby: "Boy, this'll get confusing during roll call."
Dragoshi: "...Ugh. Yeah."
Julian Sawyer: "...If you're gonna sing..."
Aetos blinks slightly and shrugs.
Charles Magellean of the boombox, turns on the boombox, and the ones that are not holding it begin dancing. They all begin dancing to the tune of ...Smooth Criminal.
Dragoshi: "..."
Julian Sawyer: "..."
Dragoshi: "...WHAT THE *Long line of draconic. I mean, REALLY long*!"
Gibby: "I need an aspirin... or two... or 30."
The Wraith puts a hand up to its mouth, hiding a rather large smirk of humor...
Dragoshi then calms down, and starts chuckling, but stops.
Metal Man (GM): As this goes on, you would notice more weirdness, as E Li Three suddenly pops out of the wall and you see previous Questers staring at their own items, buried under bananas.
Charles Magellean in white is singing the main verses, the ones that are in black are singing the backdrops, the one holding the boombox is nodding his head up and down repeatedly.
Metal Man (GM): They attempt to pick up their items... but they fear the bananas.
Gibby: "I... I can't take this! I'm going mad!"
Metal Man (GM): So they pick up shovels nearby... and explode.
Julian Sawyer slowly reaches into his vest again, pulling out a baseball bat. He walks over to the Charles holding the boombox, smashes at the back of his head with it, then smashes the bat at the top of the boombox.
Dragoshi: "...30? We're gonna need the whole damn BOTTLE at this rate, man!"
Metal Man (GM): Avast; you smash through them, not even effecting them.
Ivo Robotnik: "You can't hit them, they're in another timeline."
Charles Magellean and the four others begin to moonwalk all around the room.
Ivo Robotnik: "You'd have to leap into the portal to even have a hope of hitting them. This... is probably your fault." *Chuckles*
"If it had gone all the way, this would have exploded too."
Gibby: "NOBODY GOES INTO ANY MORE PORTALS!"
Ivo Robotnik: "If you had just stopped me, it'd also not happen."
Dragoshi: "...Ugh, yeh. I 'ave to agree with Gibbs"
Julian Sawyer: "Nothin' else to do at this ****in' point..." *Looks like he's going to walk into the portal... then smashes the bat into the back of Ivo's head!*
Ivo Robotnik: "..." *Stares as he sees Kales violently fighting past Questers on the ceiling, which is now made of magma.*
Metal Man (GM): *Back to the battle.*
Ivo Robotnik: "I'm your only hope of escaping this madness!"
Julian Sawyer: "An' I'm gettin' tired of yo' ****in' gloatin'!"
Metal Man (GM): He's hit by the pre-initiative attack.
Aetos points to his exploded self next to the relic. "Aww..."
Julian Sawyer: *CRUNCH! 35 damage.*
Dragoshi: "...Gibby."
Gibby: "What? Please... tell me something normal. Something sane."
Dragoshi: "How many bottles of aspirin will we need by the time this is over?"
Ivo Robotnik: "Don't worry... I will kill you all while we are trapped in this limbo!"
Charles Magellean: "You've been hit by *Claps twice* you've been hit by... a smooth criminal."
Gibby: "I'm gonna buy a drug store with the money I receive for this mission... enough said."
Dragoshi: "...Ah."
Ivo Robotnik: "Let's... try this out."
Dragoshi: "Weeeellll... Damn, damn, damn damn, damn, damn, dammity, damn, DAMN!"
Ivo Robotnik: "If I cannot destroy time... I should at least make it usable again! Uhhh... Fourth... Emerald... Activated?"
Metal Man (GM): You hear a crash as the machine clunks. Ivo glows a yellow color.
Ivo Robotnik: "YES!"
Gibby: "What did you do this time?"
Dragoshi: "...Oh, hell."
Julian Sawyer: "...EMERALD?"
Ivo Robotnik: "Time is so damaged that I can access the Time Stones in the past, when they existed... to then fix time. ...And kill you!"
Dragoshi: "..."
Metal Man (GM): He powers up, splitting into four copies, then they fly about.
Gibby: "Look out!"
Metal Man (GM): Number one swings the massive wrecking ball at Julian.
Dragoshi: "...****."
Metal Man (GM): *SWING BATTA BATTA* 100 damage, thrown into wall for 10 more if it hits.
Julian Sawyer: *WRECK'D.*
Dragoshi winces at Jules.
Metal Man (GM): Number two opens fire on Dragoshi with gigantic flaming balls of fire.
50 fire damage per hit.
Number three tries to shock Gibby.
Dragoshi: "Great Go-" *FLOOSH, miss, miss, FLOOSH!*
Gibby gets shockified.
Metal Man (GM): 50 electric damage per hit... 100 if both hit. It's nonlethal, though.
So if it eats your HP, you just sit there burnified for a turn, then get up with 1 HP remaining.
Dragoshi: "...Friggin' ow, man!" (93/325)
Metal Man (GM): Then the remaining one fires the fire at The Wraith.
50 fire damage per hit.
Gibby manages to survive though he IS crispy.
Charles Magellean, one of them, is screaming words in a female voice: "I DON'T KNOW!"
Dragoshi: "..."
*He twitches after hearing the Charles* "...Oh, god... It's like, like... Oy..."
Julian Sawyer goes to grab Ivo by the throat again!
The Wraith crosses its arms again as it sees the fire coming, unable to evade the blast... but does it survive? Depends on if the fire's magical or not.
Metal Man (GM): Miss!
Julian Sawyer: *Out of TP!*
Dragoshi feels his HP restoring itself again, thanks to the regenerative thinger... (63/325, 4 or 5 turns of Regen left) Dragoshi then proceeds to blast the hell out of Ivo with a fully charged Indignation
*Luck.*
Metal Man (GM): Hit.
Dragoshi chuckles, saving up his remaining 2 TP. (EoT)
Metal Man (GM): His electro-prods are busted.
So he gains... a large pack of some kind.
Dragoshi: "...Huh?"
Metal Man (GM): Charles' turn?
*Insert continuation of moonwalking... for now.*
Charles Magellean and crew continue to dance to the beat of MJ's creation. End of Pretend Turn.
Dragoshi: "..."
Gibby grunts at Charles' dancing and does the same attack routine as before. He wanted whatever that mysterious pack was gone for good! He leaps up at Robotnik and slashes him four times.
Metal Man (GM): Miss miss miss miss
Gibby leaps back now frustrated. He was too annoyed and tired to fight.
Metal Man (GM): Aetos' turn
Aetos quickly draws his spear and points it at Robotnik. "I'm sure you've heard THIS one before..." he closes his eyes and grips his spear tightly as it starts to glow with chaos energy. "Chaoooss..." he says for a few moments, as the spear keeps getting brighter and brighter with the energy... "Spear!!" he shouts as the energy jets out of his spear in the shape of an eagle soaring through the sky toward Robotnik.
Metal Man (GM): Robotnik stares as your eagle soars past him and into the pile of bananas.
Gibby: "Ugh..."
Metal Man (GM): Someone reaches through its head to pick up a ghostly banana and explodes.
Ivo Robotnik: "The end is near... Fifth Time Stone... Activated!"
Metal Man (GM): The walls and ceiling turn back to normal.
Then he powers up to attack..
..Luck is on his side.
He powers up and all five of him attack all five of you with all five Wrecking balls.
100 damage, threatens everyone.
The Wraith: *...* *Sweatdrop.*
Gibby is hurted.
Julian Sawyer: *PUNK'D.*
Aetos gets smashed and falls over on the floor. "Stupid wrecking balls!"
Gibby is starting to look pretty beat up.
Dragoshi is hurt for 93 damage "...Ack!" (156/325)
Gibby: "Can't... take... much more!"
The Wraith moves slightly to the side as the wrecking ball whiffs right through it...
Gibby gives Wraith an evil stare.
The Wraith just shrugs. ^^;
Gibby: "Stupid... ghost... non-solidness..."
Julian Sawyer: *CHOKE! Aka FOCUS SLAM!*
Metal Man (GM): Hit!
Julian Sawyer wraps his hands around Ivo's neck as the blood red energy burns him for 53 damage, then whirls around and throws him into the mess of Charles', hoping to make them scatter.
Metal Man (GM): He flies through them.
Ivo Robotnik: "...The same applies for me, *Hits ground* oof! You know."
Gibby: "Just don't bother with the Charles Choir."
Metal Man (GM): Anything else?
Dragoshi: "Quite."
Julian Sawyer: *And then he boosts over and goes for a Haymaker to da face! SOCK!*
Metal Man (GM): SOCK
Anything else?
Dragoshi attempts to electrocute Ivo with another charged-up Indignation as Drago's HP's regenerated by 30 again (126/325)
*Ker-FOOM!*
Metal Man (GM): Indeed.
Gibby: "Awesome!"
Metal Man (GM): The Flare gun flies off.
Dragoshi pants a little bit, wipes a bit of sweat off is brow, and stands back and watches "Heheh, why thank you, Gibby. Though, I was just lucky" (EoT)
Metal Man (GM): It is replaced with a Drill in a gun.
Gibby: "Blah..."
Dragoshi: "...Grah... How much crap does this guy have!?"
Gibby grabs hold of an ultra shroom and gobbles it up healing him up 100%. Then he conserves his TP by ending his turn.
Dragoshi: "...Huh. Didn't think anyone else would have the initiative of buying an Ultra Shroom as well aside from me..."
Editor's Note: Well, Gibby has lots of experience as a Quester, but it is true, none of the others except that time Julian had a trillion 1-up shrooms tend to come prepared.
Metal Man (GM): Aetos' turn
Gibby: "Never leave home without one!"
Dragoshi: "I bet everyone can vouch for that one, man" *Dragoshi lets out a small chuckle.*
Aetos does nothing this turn. "Grr... these days, I can't hit anything unless it's Wind Cannons or ... hmm..."
Ivo Robotnik: "...SIXTH EMERALD!"
Metal Man (GM): Oops.
Also...
Hit, hit
The Drill Gun comes flying off.
A huge missile launcher replaces it.
Aetos studies Robotnik's coming attacks.
Gibby: "MOTHER--" *Almost uttered a curse word... oh no! He was turning into Julian!*
Dragoshi: "SWEET NUCLEAR LOOPER ON A POGOSTICK ON A POSITRON CANNON!"
Gibby: "...Yeah, that."
Julian Sawyer: "STOP ****ING SAYING LOOPER!"
Editor's Note: Somehow, this exchange was funnier to me than the entire Charles episode earlier. I guess brevity is wit.
Aetos: "It's just a caterpillar..."
Ivo Robotnik: "SIXTH TIME STONE!"
Metal Man (GM): Reality shifts... the banana-people and E Li Three people vanish.
Reality is mostly normal, save for the Charles', who continue dancing.
Then he splits into three.
Ivo Robotnik: "Get ready to be schooled!"
Dragoshi: "...Bleh."
Metal Man (GM): One turns its back to Dragoshi and launches three mini-Robotnik time bombs around him... they do nothing, but fuses on them begin to burn.
Ivo Robotnik: "Smell my Socks!"
Gibby: "...What?"
Dragoshi: "...What the ****?"
Metal Man (GM): Another launches three missiles at Julian.
The deadly homing missiles deal 50 fire damage per hit.
Dragoshi: "No, seriously, what the ****ing helll, man?"
Metal Man (GM): And...
Aetos nods...

Metal Man (GM): The third one gains a giant Extend-o-hand, which reaches out to grab Aetos.
Aetos is grabbed due to his... not very good dodging.
Metal Man (GM): He grabs Aetos and hurls him into a wall. 50+10 throw damage.
Aetos Thuds into the wall and falls to the ground, muttering, then he stands.
Julian Sawyer: *Tick... Tick... Tick... SNAP! Julian's in the danger zone, he's got half of his max EP... You know what that means! Julian tilts his head back and yells out as he powers up, 'cause it's Limit Break Time! Julian's hands BURST into flames as he boosts towards Cyber Ivo, going to grab both of his arms!*
Gibby steps back for this one.
Dragoshi steps back with Gibby.
Metal Man (GM): But still hit.
Julian Sawyer grabs Ivo by the forearms, the flames burning greatly. He spins Ivo for 3 circles at high speeds, then lifts him over his head and slams him into the ground! And then he spins and slams him again! Julian does a half spin, then suddenly stops, letting Ivo come to rest perpindicular across his back, wrapping his arms around Ivo's thighs and neck. Julian leans back, then bends forward and flexes as a loud
CRACK is heard, as Ivo's spine is nearly broken in two! Julian lets the limp Ivo drop to the ground, as he steps forward and rolls his shoulders. Call The Ambulance!
Dragoshi claps, impressed.
Gibby: o_o; "Err... n-nice one, Julian." .oO(I'm never fighting him... ever!)
Metal Man (GM): He's smashed horribly... but he gets up... not needing an ambulance... but both his arm weapons explode!
One arm morphs into a massive launchable arm, the other gains a laser gun.
Dragoshi: "Oh, NICE ONE! ...Holy crap on a cracker."
Julian Sawyer: "...You just don't take a hint, do you?"
Dragoshi: "What I'm surprised about is the fact he's ENDURED this long!"
Ivo Robotnik: "I'm no normal enemy. What, did you think I'd lose from a bunch of flashy attacking? I will fight to the end!"
Gibby: .oO(...Kinda...)
Dragoshi's health is restored by 30 once again. He then runs a couple TP away from the bombs, and stands still (96/325, EoT)
Metal Man (GM): You run away, as they violently explode once you're safely out of range.
Dragoshi: "...Phew. Dodged that bullet."
Gibby decides to go all out once again. He leaps up at the beat up Robotnik and attacks with vertical and horizontal slashes aimed at his weapons. He had to get rid of at least ONE of them.
Metal Man (GM): Another piece falls off.
The Robotnik bombs explode... replaced by a force field, which also explodes.
Gibby leaps back.
Aetos makes a circle with his arms in the air before him. It starts to emit wind energy, and like a bubble-stick... a large object of wind flows out of it... it appears to be an exact replica of that missile one of the Robotniks fired at Julian, but it's wind... it blasts off from the windy portal and toward Robotnik. AGI check!
Gibby grins. "Down to the nitty gritty."
Dragoshi: "...Oh, yeah. SO damn glad I decided to evade the damn bombs!"
Metal Man (GM): The laser and rocket arms explode, leaving a drill for an arm and a massive laser for the other.
He's nearly down, now heavily damaged.
Gibby: "Come on, John! Give him all you've got!"
Dragoshi: "...Hoo boy. This has been a pretty long bout, hasn't it?"
Ivo Robotnik: "The... Seventh Time Stone... will be activated... and I will win... you cannot defeat me!"
Julian Sawyer: "SHOOT HIM!"
Dragoshi snarls"..."
The Wraith seems to be getting a bit peeved at this point, wondering when the heck that stupid fatso would DIE already... It lets out a roar as more tendrils fly out toward Robotnik, followed by that relentless pounding of magical energy.
Dragoshi points at Ivo, eyes bloodshot. "SHUT THE HELL UP, YOU STUPID MEGALOMANIAC!"
Metal Man (GM): He is blasted not once, but twice.
All his weapons are blown off.
Gibby: "YES! Got him!"
Dragoshi: "...HOW DO YOU LIKE US NOW, HUH!?"
Metal Man (GM): He types into a control panel on his arm, trying to fully activate the time machine.
Dragoshi shakes his fist at Ivo.
Metal Man (GM): That, too, blows up.
Ivo Robotnik: "No! Stopped... 6 seconds before ultimate victory!"
Dragoshi: "...Make sure he doesn't escape!"
Julian Sawyer: "...Game over, punk."
Metal Man (GM): He begins exploding repeatedly, just like his machines.
Gibby: "You never learn your lesson do you, Robuttnick! We're the Questers... we can do anything!"
Metal Man (GM): He begins charging up... his entire form glowing nearly white.
Ivo Robotnik: "No... I will not tolerate this!"
Dragoshi: "...Yes, that we can. And, now that we have cru-Okay... What the HELL is THIS funny business?!"
The Wraith smirks, then beckons the others as it starts drifting away...
Metal Man (GM): He begins to crack, as the portal begins to collapse.
Dragoshi follows the Wraith.
Metal Man (GM): Charles' clones are sucked into the portal, as is he... he is thrown out, normal again.
Any/all abject weirdness is locked back into where it came from, including Dragoshi's time hole.

Gibby: "Good... one Charles is enough for us!"
Charles Magellean: "Diaoowwwwww!" *Looks around and sees that his fantasy is over.*
Metal Man (GM): Ivo backs off, as he appears about to explode.
Dragoshi: "Ugh... Yeah, definitely. Though, we'll prolly' need a HELL of a lot of aspirin, right Gibbs?"
Ivo Robotnik: "You... you... no... you can't defeat me..."
Julian Sawyer reaches into his vest, and pulls out another Baseball bat, which he cracks against the back of Charles head. "THAT'S for Smooth Criminal!"
Metal Man (GM): He runs at the portal, but trips, one finger's length short of touching it.
Julian Sawyer: "Can and HAVE, punk."
Metal Man (GM): His armor falls off, and he rolls over, shaking a fist at you all.
Charles Magellean slides along the floor into where Robotnik is currently heading after being hit by Julian.
Dragoshi: "We have, now shut the hell up and come with us, dammit."
Gibby: "You're finished, Ivo."
The Wraith waves bye-bye to the nice doctor-man as it drifts on away, smiling...
Dragoshi slowly approaches Ivo, anger in the eyes intensifying.
Ivo Robotnik: "YOU WON'T GET AWAY WITH THIS, QUESTERS! I TAKE YOU WITH ME!!!!"
Gibby brings up his sword. Uh oh... self destruction?
Metal Man (GM): He whips out something he hasn't used all battle... the time machine off his Egg Hornet... with all seven symbols on it.
Dragoshi then jumps back a little bit, then hurries up with Wraith, not wanting to F with a madman megalomaniac.
Metal Man (GM): He presses it... and explodes.
Julian Sawyer: "...Think that's the cue to get the hell outta here! Everyone up top!" *Julian activates his Rocket Boots and flies back up the hole.*
Charles Magellean head bumps into the body of Ivo.
Metal Man (GM): The entire area explodes.
Gibby: "GAH! NOOOO!!!!"
Metal Man (GM): Julian would fly up, only to be hit by water from above.
Dragoshi hurries up. "...Crap."
Metal Man (GM): Soon all sound is muffled as you are exploded... though not in the conventional sense.
Julian Sawyer: "What the-GAH!" *Tries to push through, hoping the water would cancel out the explosion as he reaches into his back pocket for an Air Canister...*
Metal Man (GM): You wake up... in the all-white realm.
Dragoshi: "...What the?"
Gibby blinks and looks around.

Gibby: "...Wishes? Like, Genie wishes?"
The Businessman: "...Can I safely assume you wish to be alive?"

The Businessman: "I knew it." *He snaps his fingers.*

Charles Magellean: "Businessman, what is the price for the revival of our lives?"
Dragoshi: "...What's wrong, sir?"
Julian Sawyer: "...Man, I had one life left after that explosion."
Aetos frowns.
The Businessman: "...The explosion was not ordinary... for it had the power to erase you from time itself, past the explosion. Ivo had his cards stacked against you.
He planned to kill you if you beat him."
Gibby: "I see..."
The Businessman: "...It is in my interest to not let that happen. The price... is simple."
Dragoshi: "...Yes...?"
Julian Sawyer: "...You're like that guy from Half-Life."
The Businessman: "You will be revived in a place of my choosing... huh?"
Dragoshi: "...Yeah... He is, creepily enou-Nothing, nothing."
The Businessman: *Straightens out his coat* "I assure you, he is probably one of my brothers, but not me."
Dragoshi looks away whistling a funeral dirge.
Charles Magellean: "Shush, Julian. This is one of the non-corporeal entities that Kuja once stole technology from."
Julian Sawyer: "Yeah, you don't have his speech thing..."
The Businessman: "So... do you mind if I send you to a different corner of Nintendus? You can warp home from there."

Dragoshi: "Sure thing, sir..."

Metal Man (GM): He rips on open a portal in the white space, which leads into a graveyard of sorts.
Charles Magellean looks to the Businessman. "It's been nice seeing you again, one known as The Businessman."
Julian Sawyer glares back at Charles "I'm askin' questions so we don't end up worse off than we already are. Sorry if I ain't all-trustin' like you are!"
Gibby: "Thank you very much." *He sheaths his sword and steps inside. *
Dragoshi steps... Err... Floats... Err... Whatever method of movement works in this place slowly through the portal, motioning the others to follow.
The Businessman: "It is no problem... just business."
The Wraith nods to the Businessman in the same manner as before, then drifts on through the portal.
Julian Sawyer: "See? Just business." *Heads through the portal.*
Metal Man (GM): Walking on through, most of the Questers leave, as the Businessman thinks.
Charles Magellean: "...I would ask the price for making the New Yorker more open-minded, but that would be FAR too great for me. I seek answers to two questions."
The Businessman: "That will cost you an arm, Aetos. A leg if you want to do it whenever you want. I can throw in your firstborn child for the ability to detect lies through walls.

Aetos: "...As a good citizen, of course."
Charles Magellean: "In the corporeal realm, Kuja, Revenant and his followers, The Void, the Questers, and Ivo know of the Time Calamity. Tell me, was the one that Ivo made... artificial?"
The Businessman: "A good citizen, yes, Aetos. Like I said... an arm... or possible a leg... or your first born."
Aetos: "Can it be someone else's arm?"

*Looks dead serious at Aetos* "No.
He claimed to make the calamity to fool you, Charles...

Aetos: "I've got chalk, and 'The Legendary Skyhigh Helmet'...' And this toothbrush." *Flourish Metal's old Toothbrush found in Turion.*
The Businessman: "Utter garbage. I will only take the teeth of Ganondorf!"
Charles Magellean: "In an ancient building of Neo-Earth, Garrick and I found there 2 weapons made by a combination of nanotechnology and the technology of this place. What should be done with them?"
The Businessman: "They are weapons made by the insane Rand to tempt people into killing themselves. Destroy them if you fear for the life of beings like Gibby."
Aetos: "Hmm... I'll return later, but I have yet another request then... Could you make me machine identical to The Quester's Mission Terminal, and place it in my 'secret' room at HQ?"
The Businessman: "For your soul, yes. You do have one, right?"
Aetos's eyes get dark suddenly...
Charles Magellean looks to Aetos. "It's best you stop being selfish."
The Businessman: "Hey, I'm not the devil. I just make fair trades. What you want requires that you suffer severe hardships to earn them."
Aetos begins to get very windy... small streams circle around him.

Metal Man (GM): He crosses his arms, almost ignoring Aetos.

He pulls out Garrick's dex, dexes The Businessman, and shows Aetos.

Metal Man (GM): *Insert endless lines of gibberish, dex overloading.*
Charles Magellean: "Strange... numbers upon numbers appeared the first time I did that." *Puts it away He looks to The Businessman, with a most serious look.*

The Businessman: "...Bring him back? If you sacrifice your life for him... and eternal soul... and all traces of your existence past now." *Turns to Charles*

Aetos shakes the helmet off...
"Gah... I want my old helmet..."
The Businessman: "That will cost you a pound of butter."
Charles Magellean breathes in with his mouth puckered up.

Dragoshi walks over to the grave Metal put a hole in, and helps by flipkicking it.
Wolfman: "...never let VG convince us to help with shopping duties before a mission ever again."
Metal Man: "...I knew I got a weird feeling for no reason..."
*He sort of drops a shovel.*
Dragoshi: "Indeed, he did. It was an... Odd experience, to say the least."
Gibby nods in agreement.

Metal Man: "Ah well." *Hits Mega Boy's grave with the shovel.*

Dragoshi: "Long story short, we kicked Ivo's arse once, fecked up shihart happened the second fight against him, we won, and fast forward to this..."
Charles Magellean shakes his head to Gibby.

Metal Man (GM): It glows darkly.
Gibby blinks and walks over to Zio's.
Wolfman joins Metal...
Metal Man: "...That one has even less reason to be there than Mega's."
Dragoshi: "...I'm surprised that there aren't any holes in it?"
The Wraith eyes over at Metal and Zio's grave, still perched upon his own...
Gibby: "Well, well, well... they'll throw ANYONE's grave in here won't they."
Wolfman: "...then why is this one still around?"
Garrick Fy`aar frowns before looking over to Zio's...
Metal Man: "Well... unlike Mega Boy, if I hit it, I might be attacked by a ghost. You know... evil lords, unlike dummies, are good at that."
Charles Magellean looks to where the commotion is about.
The Wraith: "Because he, like all the others here, was once a Quester..."
Wolfman: "Reploids aren't known for giving up the ghost... I will give you that."
Metal Man stares at it... it is actually cracking?
Garrick Fy`aar: "...Metal..."
Gibby: "I know, but... it's so... not right."
Metal Man: "...This is odd... there's a lot of dark energy in it. And I don't think we ever found his corpse."
Wolfman gets a look at the grave again... what the...
The Wraith narrows his eyes... and disappears from eyesight.
Julian Sawyer decides to walk over "...What the hell we lookin' at now?"
Aetos brandishes One-Winged Angel. .oO(Where are the other three blades hiding, anyways...?)
Charles Magellean: "...I say we leave Zio's grave alone."
Dragoshi: "...Huh. Creepy."
Wolfman: "...should we back away?"
Gibby: "Metal, you're scaring me here."
Julian Sawyer: "I say we get the **** outta here."
Metal Man: "...This tomb stone wasn't made by me, and I hid this place!"
Garrick Fy`aar: "...Zio... heh, he never got to attack me for stealing that stuff from his castle."
Metal Man shoots at it. "Something unholy..."
Gibby: "Lets just GO! GAH! METAL!"
Metal Man: "We can't let it ruin this peaceful place."
Garrick Fy`aar: "Metal's right."
Metal Man (GM): John would see... the shadowy man again.
Gibby grumbles.
Julian Sawyer: "...Mets, why you gotta be shootin' everythin'?"
Wolfman: "Then what do you advise we do?"

The Wraith reappears...

*He smirks at Julian before looking back at the grave...*
Julian Sawyer: "You shootin' a GRAVESTONE. An in-animate object! Kinda different!"
The Wraith: "...Hey Charles, remember that being that we seemed to release from the other graveyard?"
Metal Man: "You shoot dead people with insults too."
Charles Magellean nods at John.
Metal Man: "...I think it's working... sorta."
The Wraith: "...That looks like him again."
Charles Magellean: "Ohhh... a double zing!"
Gibby: "Can we just not shoot ANYTHING and go home? I have the worst headache ever right now..."
Aetos swipes at Klumsy's headstone with his keyblade.
Dragoshi: "...Ugh..."
Julian Sawyer: "Don' MAKE me crack a bat in the backa yo' head again, Boy."
Metal Man (GM): The Zio tombstone breaks, revealing... a vague, dark presense.
Dragoshi: "..."
Garrick Fy`aar frowns and reaches for his M-150...
Gibby steps far... far... FAR back.
Charles Magellean: "...*Whistles* Hey, Dragoshi, John says that he saw the shadow man again."
Metal Man (GM): The headstone is too tough to slash. Apparently it was made to stand up to the elements, unlike Mega's.
Wolfman: "...someone has already done the cracking Julian..."
Julian Sawyer: "Technically you ain't in the CAL, so-...Goddammit."
Dragoshi: "Ah, shi-Seriously, Charles?. Do tell."
???: "Alive... alive... alive... the dark energy cometh."
Wolfman is looking at the breaking grave...
Julian Sawyer: "What dark man?"
Wolfman: "...Zio...?"
Gibby: "Not good... not good at ALL!"
???: "Zio... no. I am... the chosen one."
The Wraith lifts up off of his tombstone, pulling its magical stones out and getting at the ready again...
Dragoshi: "...From one hellfire into another."
Julian Sawyer: "...Awwww hell."
Charles Magellean: "One that's looking for the ancient traitors or something..."
Gibby: "...Chosen one?"
Julian Sawyer: "See what you do, Mets?"
Wolfman: "Please explain."
Charles Magellean: "Doesn't have the power for it, yet."
Metal Man shoots at it, to no avail.
Garrick Fy`aar: "...Mark... scan."
Metal Man: "See what you do, too, Julian..."
Mark: "Object is not on this plane."
Julian Sawyer: "I TOLD you not to shoot the damn gravestone!"

Charles Magellean: "Ruvyn is responsible for unsealing this thing, guys."

The Wraith eyes Mark, and disappears again, pulling out its dex as it does so.
???: "Ruvyn... yes... the reunion."
Gibby: "Ruvyn? But why?"
Garrick Fy`aar: "...remind me to include that with your next upgrade."
Wolfman: "Please, explain what do you mean by you being the Chosen One. Perhaps I can help."
Garrick Fy`aar: "...the reunion?"
Julian Sawyer: "'Cause he's a ****in' freak! I'm right AGAIN!"
???: "I have been chosen... to kill the traitors."
The Wraith tries to get a scan on this thing, to see if there's -any- info available on him...
Aetos raises an eyebrow at the dark being.
Dragoshi: "Reunion?"
???: "This... cemetery... is filled with their stench."
Gibby: "What traitors?"
Smash Dex: "...Error... unknown subject."
???: "All of the humans... are traitors... and their allies."

Dragoshi: "...And, what are these 'traitors' you keep talking abou-Huh?"

Wolfman: "...most of the creatures in this cemetery are filled with those that chose to be Questers, if that helps you."
Julian Sawyer: "Well ****."
???: "The Ancients are not pleased."
The Wraith reappears, shaking is head...
Garrick Fy`aar: "The Ancients are NEVER pleased..."
Julian Sawyer: "Who are the Ancients?"

Metal Man (GM): The strange, whispy darkness holds out a hand, and attempts to hurl fire... but appears to lack energy.

*He freezes for a second.*

Metal Man (GM): It walks through everybody, feeling cold.
Wolfman gets a minor chill.
The Wraith ponders for a moment, trying to decipher what this thing is talking about...
Julian Sawyer: "Reunion? You talkin' cra-..."
Gibby: "I don't need this... I don't--" *He feels chilly.*
???: "...The trigger is almost complete."
Charles Magellean: "Brrrr, so the reunion has to do with the traitors reuniting?"
Dragoshi feels a slightly dark chill.
Metal Man (GM): It then... flies into the sky.
Julian Sawyer: "Trigger's got somethin' to do with this?"
Metal Man: "Brrr... that was weird."
Garrick Fy`aar: "...Mark, can you trace it?"
Gibby: "Wait! Where are you going?"
Wolfman: "...who must you be reuni---------nevermind..."
Dragoshi: "...Brrr... Traitors... Reunion... Ancients, what does it all mean?"
Mark: "It has left the building, to put it succinctly. It can't be seen anymore..."
Metal Man: "Beats me."
Julian Sawyer: "...Man, I don' know 'bout YOU, but I'm gettin' tired a' this kinda people showin' up, droppin' cryptic hints, and then leavin'."

Metal Man turns to Aetos.
Wolfman: "...perhaps we have done something wrong in the past."
Gibby: "Agreed."
Charles Magellean: "Something not a single one of you could ask properly about."
Metal Man: "Why did you slash his gravestone?"
The Wraith ponders... ponders... anything it might have heard of back at 'home'?
Julian Sawyer: "Wouldn't doubt it. We get blamed for everythin'..."
Metal Man: "Nothing you can do about him anymore. Trust me."
Garrick Fy`aar looks at Aetos... then at Metal...
Dragoshi: "Well, okay then..."
Garrick Fy`aar: "...Metal... one thing I did want to ask you."
Aetos: "I've never been told... where the remaining keyblades rest."
Julian Sawyer: "An' why you wanna know?"
Garrick Fy`aar: "Oh, I know one."
Metal Man: "...He tried to give out things, but ultimately he had to go to rest some time."
Aetos: "*Insert Dark Metal's name* had one... but that... went somewhere else."
Gibby starts singing. "Show me the way to go hooooooome... I'm tired and I wanna go to beeeeeeed..." He leans against a random tombstone.
Garrick Fy`aar: "...Metal... who does Oblivion go to?"
Metal Man (GM): You see... the way home! A Quester-brand transporter.
Garrick Fy`aar: "Or do you know?"
Wolfman: .oO(...first I am forced to miss the mission, then this ghost shows up?)
Charles Magellean: "Gibbygetoffthat!"
Dragoshi: "Gibbeh. Off. Now."
Gibby: "OH THANK YOU! THANK YOU SWEET BUSINESSMAN IN THE SKY!"
Aetos: "Oblivion... you know of it too Garrick?"
Metal Man: "Oblivion? Beats me. It may have only worked for Xalron himself."
Julian Sawyer: "Yeah, zombies or somethin' might get ya."
Garrick Fy`aar: "Ahhh, that makes sense."
Gibby starts running to the transporter.
Wolfman: "Metal, I request permission to be here for a few more moments."
The Wraith: "Hmm... Mind if I... linger for a bit before going back to base?"
Garrick Fy`aar: "I know of what I saw."
Charles Magellean: "I could probably use it if I tried."
Dragoshi: "...Zombies... Oy... One thing we really don't need, Jules"
Metal Man: "Hey, it's free property. You can pay your respects here as long as you want. Just don't harm any tombstones besides Mega's.
They cost us big bucks."
Wolfman: "I just need a clearing for my purposes."
Charles Magellean gives wolf a tissue.
Julian Sawyer: "Look, you people can hang out in a graveyard all you want, but I wanna go home and get somethin' to eat. So I'm out, peace." *Heads for the same Teleporter Gibby just used...*
Metal Man: "Nobody's yet opted for the Mausoleum Extra Grand version, which can be seen from outer space. Only three million coins."
Wolfman: "...I appreciate it Charles, but reploids don't really... cry much."
Charles Magellean shakes his head.
Dragoshi: "...No. Not interested, especially with prices that high."
Charles Magellean: "It's for your purposes. The reploid equivalent to nostrils."
Garrick Fy`aar: "...this is nicer than I thought Metal would make. No offense, metal."
Wolfman: "...I understand. Thank you." *Puts it on his back, where it will stay for awhile.*
Aetos sings out loud, but soft, while walking toward the portal. "Oh where oh where did the other blades go? Oh where oh where could they beeeee?..."
Metal Man: "Well... it started with Yurie and Razor, who had done some services for us, even though I never understood them for the short time they were here."
Charles Magellean looks to Metal. "He can afford to give us all these coins, but can only afford ToadVo. What a guy."
Metal Man: "...Then I thought I might as well put tombstones for all those hooligans we sent into the X-zone. ...And finally I got the idea to make them for the other people who did good."
Charles Magellean: "...*Snaps fingers*."
Dragoshi: "...Even the one that had the crap kicked out of it?"
Charles Magellean: "When I meet the Businessman again, I'll ask him about interdimensional travel."
Metal Man: "...I was drunk when I made that one."
Wolfman goes to his clearing area...
Dragoshi: "...Ah. Of course. Drunkenness makes sense."
Charles Magellean looks to the transporter with oddness. "Uhhh... was this here befo'?"
Dragoshi: "Same for the traitor?"
The Wraith flies up a bit, then dives down into his own grave, curling up in there and... getting comfy.
Metal Man: "Somebody up to no good made that one."
Wolfman gets situated... he faces the moon, in a sitting style pose. He is ready to howl at the right times... to honor his old family.
Dragoshi: "Well... That ain't good"
Metal Man: "It was fragile, unlike most of them. You can't usually shoot them full of holes."
Dragoshi: "Huh. How odd."
Charles Magellean uses said transporter to beam back to base. "At least this place isn't nearly as dark as the Shadow Temple."
Aetos whistles, standing next to the portal. "Oblivion, The Nothing, One Winged Angel, and The one with the name I never remember..."
Wolfman: .oO(Tifa... you were the main one that helped me throughout my life. I'm sorry that I'm still forced to fight... hopefully I'll have a peaceful end. Until then, please forgive me.)
*Couple of minutes of howls later...
He arrives at the Big Room.*
Aetos: "Oook... anyone else plan on coming in?"
*He shrugs and hops in the warp.*
Garrick Fy`aar: "...well... there's nothing else for me to see."
*He shrugs and makes to walk after Aetos.*
Dragoshi snaps out of his mental trance and goes into the warp.
Metal Man (GM): *Back to HQ.*
Julian Sawyer: "Aetos, take the goddamn altar back to the Spirit Temple."
Aetos screams for a moment, and storms off to his Spirit Altar.
Wolfman is still in the Big Room... waiting to see if there is any more instructions.
Julian Sawyer: *Follows him* "I ain't done talkin' to you!"
Aetos: "I'm not taking it back... Bowser let me have it! It was his at the time he gave it to me."
Dragoshi decides to wander around till he hears the voices of Jules and Aetos. He then walks over to wherever the two are.
Julian Sawyer: "He never had control of it in the ****in' first place!"
Aetos: "...Oooh... I see. So why do you want me to take it back anyways? I... need it!"
Julian Sawyer: "Alright, how about you try tellin' this to all the Gerudos when I call 'em up and tell 'em you got one'a their altars? And why the hell you NEED It?"
Aetos: "I'll show you, if you want"
Julian Sawyer: "Seems to me you were backstabbin' us fine without it!"
Dragoshi: "...Huh. What's this about an altar?"
Julian Sawyer: "Aetos stole one'a the altars from the Spirit Temple when we went there, an' I'm tryin' to get him to take it back."
Dragoshi: "...Want me to help ya with that? I mean, good charbroiling does wonders to the uncooperative."
Aetos: "It's not going anywhere! If you don't wanna see WHY I need it, then leave me alone!"
Julian Sawyer: "I wanna know WHY you need it, 'cause most likely it's somethin' trivial that you can get along without!"
Aetos shakes his head. "Ok, I can get along without it, but I need it to advance."
He would arrive at the altar...
Julian Sawyer: "Advance for what?"
Aetos: "Quiet for a moment..."
*He lowers his head and the room gets dim, all dramatic-like...*
Julian Sawyer: "Aw hell, here he goes..."
Dragoshi sighs and watches.
Aetos: *He wields his spear, and it shines bright yellow... The Altar begins to shine as energy from the spear transfers into it... soon the room brightens enough not to see anything...
It starts to fade, and a crackling, dark, rift appears in front of the altar.*
Metal Man (GM): Then... a giant banana with arms and legs walks out of it!
...Really, unless there's some ability you have to open a portal, that won't happen.
Julian Sawyer: "..."
Metal Man (GM): And also... portal to where?
Dragoshi: "..."

Aetos: "See now?"
Julian Sawyer: "...No. What the hell was that?"
Metal Man (GM): Well... it's a dark portal of some kind, but... don't mess with it until I'm entirely sure what it is.
Aetos: "That's what I'm going to find out."
Metal Man (GM): Otherwise you may find... unpleasant effects :p
Julian Sawyer: "Not with that altar you ain't."
Aetos: "Why not?"
Julian Sawyer: "...Listen to me. I'm gonna say this slowly. 'Cause. It. Ain't. Yours."
Aetos: "Why does that matter? We can return it AFTER, can't we?"
Metal Man (GM): You wonder exactly where that altar's been.
Julian Sawyer: "Nah, we gonna return it now, 'cause whatever you're doin' with it looks like it's gonna end up killin' us ALL."
Dragoshi: "..."
*He shakes his head in agitation.*
Aetos: "It can't effect anything... I tried to put some stuff in it, and it all just passed through... didn't go in."
Dragoshi: "...Yeah. And if Bowser's still in the temple, which he 'prolly ain't, we're kicking him out."
Julian Sawyer: "An' how do you know it ain't gonna mutate or somethin' an' spawn a new Void or Kuja?"
Aetos: "Because this was made from something less evil..."
Julian Sawyer: "Looked pretty evil to me."
Aetos: "Well you could be right I suppose, but I don't feel any kind of evil..."
Julian Sawyer: "Right, so we're just gonna be takin' this..." *Julian walks over to the Altar, and motions for Dragoshi to help him pick it up.*
Dragoshi walks over to the altar and helps Julian.
Julian Sawyer: *Lift, and they're off!*
Dragoshi: *What he said.*
Metal Man (GM): You pick up the weird looking altar... it's heavy.
Julian Sawyer: *Strong! Arr!*
Dragoshi semistrong! Rawr!
Julian Sawyer: *Exit, we'll assume the rest happens.*
